I had one of the worst experiences of my life where food was thrown at me in front of my kids by a staff named (Devi) she was extremely rude to me. I had a chat with the supervisor named (Walaa) as she promised to inform the manager (Meo) about staff unprofessional behavior she refused giving my kids cups for water saying we should use the cup for pop.

Its ok. If you think its bad try the timberlea location they give you food that isn't even edible it's that old and dried out. We need a kfc intervention in this town we should call the guy from that TV show. MR. MARQUIS THE ORIGINAL KERNAL SANDERS WOULD BE EMBARRASSED.

I can here at 9:30 with my friends they didn’t open the door for us saying we are closed but their opening hours are till 10
Went 10 minutes before close in drive thru and no one took order. Pulled up to windows and no one there but could see people inside. They clearly closed early and didn't want to take more orders. The open sign was even in windows. If you have hours you need to stick to them

I love the Kfc on Franklin it is the absolute best , food always delicious 😋 and the service is always amazing. The staff are fantastic but the manager he goes above and beyond. So much respect he works along side his employees. If they are busy he is busy , live going there and is now my favorite spot . Great job , great food and fantastic staff .

Ordered Uber Eats delivery from here. Paid the extra for direct delivery - food was cold when it arrived. Wrong beverage was sent, and no condiments that were requested.

Very bad and rude customer service, the girl doesn’t know how to talk nice. I can’t believe how they got the job. The owner needs to take action. Very rude behaviour. Not happy at all. Im not recommending this place to anyone.
