I love this KFC, The restaurant is clean and the food is AMAZING. I personally recommend the Famous Chicken Sandwhich, it's the best chicken sandwhich I've had in fort McMurray and the staff are quick. The food is very hot and fresh. You won't be disappointed, especially if you get the Famous Chicken Sandwhich 😁👍🏼

I’ve dined in here several times, and unfortunately the same staff member has been consistently rude to me. On my most recent visit, she tossed my change toward me and said “oh well,” instead of handing it politely. I’ve also noticed that she smiles and treats other customers more kindly, which makes me feel singled out and uncomfortable. The food is fine, but the customer service especially from this staff member.

I guess I should of looked at the reviews however I went here once before for a big crunch and had no issues that's why I have 2 stars and 3 for the rest anyways other day I went there for a 2 peice chicken combo at 10 pm I grabbed my food which was pre ordered and pre paid and went to sit down to eat before I could open my food the lady said no more dining? And I had to leave odd because before at this time I sat down and ate anyways I went home opened my meal and it was actually really bad quality soggy but I ate it anyways because it was a far hike but ya is definitely not recommend this place of service and food does not improve

Worst staff experience , they closed the store at 10:53 instead of 11 and afterward didn’t respond as I waited on the window for around 5 mins and just got ignored by them .

Worst customer service ever have. It's very difficult to give my order as the lady has no clue what I am saying. Asked several times to have Leg and thigh only as I am willing to pay extra but NO she refused. We cannot do that. Simply stupid. Please give training to your staff before taking any order. Thanks

Had to return my chicken dinner order as the chicken was over cooked and fries were horrible. Returned to the store and they gave me a new order no issues. Actually think the lady was embarrassed when I showed what was given to me. Have been here plenty and never an issue, Check before ya leave !

Please do better. Prices are outrageous and if people have to pay for it then clean your guys act up and do better. The chicken pieces look like it came off a mosquito they are so small. And when I order something in particular I want that in my order not a substitute because you guys don’t want to make more. Do better for your overpriced crap.

I called KFC around 12 o'clock today. They said to call back at 4 for delivery. So I did now they tell me.I gotta wait till five thirty. I was ordering food to take for lunch at my work, which I leave at 530 this KFC is ridiculous. I wouldn't advise anybody to deal with them. The business manner is unacceptable. Say one thing and do another just ridiculous

I presented the 20% KD coupon and even though it stated it was valid the cashier didn’t accept it. Than I went on the app to show her that the coupon works on the app and asked why doesn’t it work in store. She than rudely responded order on the app than . When I already paid for my food, her reasons did not make sense. It is not about the money it’s more the lack of professionalism from the cashier. She was rude and didn’t have a valid reason to why the coupon works online and not in store. When the coupon states it works both in store and online. Very rude and lack of customer service at this location. Will not visit again.
