I presented the 20% KD coupon and even though it stated it was valid the cashier didn’t accept it. Than I went on the app to show her that the coupon works on the app and asked why doesn’t it work in store. She than rudely responded order on the app than . When I already paid for my food, her reasons did not make sense. It is not about the money it’s more the lack of professionalism from the cashier. She was rude and didn’t have a valid reason to why the coupon works online and not in store. When the coupon states it works both in store and online. Very rude and lack of customer service at this location. Will not visit again.

We ordered 18 piece chicken and asked if we could have all dark meat. Was told yes we can have all dark meat. We also ordered fries, gravy & stuffing. When the order was dropped off to our house, there was a note saying (sorry we have no dark meat and no stuffing. We gave you an extra gravy). The all white meat chicken was that old…it was tough like leather. The fries were that old it reminded us of how cardboard must taste. I’m guessing the gravy was good…wish we had something to go with it. We would have been better off taking the $100 dollars and throwing it in the wind…at least someone would find it and maybe get some takeout for themselves….any place except this sad excuse of a restaurant.

I went through driveways for KFC chicken....but when I came home within 3 min...it seemed like bullshit chicken....total waste....looked like the chicken was cooked 2 hours ago and was NOT at all fresh.

Worst customer service. Girl who answered the phone made me cancel an order for $89 over, .40 cents. When I asked for a sauce to be changed to one not listed on skip she told me I couldn't pay $1.20 for sauce i needed $2 meanwhile I paid for 2 sauces not 1 and only wanted 1. She was completely ignorant and I'll never come back to this location.

Because of summer school many students are going there making it busy, as fast food workers they should’ve anticipated this and prepared for it. But they’re very rude. The fat man taking order at the front is also so rude. He sighs at everything you say and yell when he can’t hear your responses. He also give people death stares as if it isn’t his job to take orders. Mind you this job is for customer service so if you don’t like that just quit. The lady that was giving orders during the lunch rush was also rude when she was calling out orders. Because the person didn’t immoderately go get the food cuz it was crowded, she threw the food back on the table with attitude and walked back cursing in Tagalog. fix your customer service. Idk how the owner isn’t ashamed of their workers. It’s disgusting how you treat your customers. If you don’t like you job then quit!

I am not someone who’d review the place just because of one day or 2. I love kfc. And I usuallly get them as I treat after a week full of healthy eating. I drive in the druvethru after the long day. I am shouting my throat out for the order they can’t hear it at all. I confirm it on front and they still tend to forget half of my order. I trust them and I leave . As I runaway to go home get cozy with my long day and food with missing order. I’m mad and I go back to them for it leaving my hungry belly out. These people have hearing issues and don’t know how to take orders correctly. They are very slow for a drive thru and the staff is not very fast paced at all. Only if that one of the lady was nice enough and complimentary gave the dessert to make it better but other then that. Do not go there . Be try poor service.

Asked for a chicken taco with both a soft and hard taco which they didn’t seem to understand and said no they don’t do that, yet on the menu board they could do it with beef. Not a big deal but after I asked them 6 times for chicken they gave me beef tacos and that was after I had waited 15 mins for 4 tacos. I then went up to the counter which they then took it and came back 5 mins later saying I had to pay them the difference since chicken is more expensive. I told them “no you made the mistake” to which they finally fixed it but not with a happy attitude. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
