Yesterday at lunchtime I ordered a Big Crunch sandwich through the drive through. I have never in my life experienced such terrible food poisoning, I will never return here and anyways if you ask for sauce which you have to pay for, they never put it in the bags anyways. Do not come here.

They do not honour coupons and I just do not understand for the life of me how people can be so rude to anyone. A one time experience is one thing, but it’s consistent enough here that’s it is clearly just acceptable. I recommend avoiding it.

I ordered from here so many times and always messed my order up I spent almost 60 dollars on food today and they didn't give me my two 2 litres of pepsi I ordered a large macaroni salad they sent me a small one that actually came with one of my meals the chicken in 3 piece was so dry I couldn't even finish one piece I'm going to start going to one on Franklin Ave I never had a problem there

I just ordered from this location i was super hungry, they sent me bad quality chicken looks like it’s expired u guys can see the pictures , this is what u guys deliver to the customer, totally ridiculous.

This location has gotten under my skin. 3 times now I've gone to the drive thru and clearly said I want a zinger sandwich, twice I was given a regular chicken sandwich and today I was given a sandwich with 2 tender strips in it. There's a clear difference between a Z and a T. Why would I want to pay $9 for 2 chicken strips on a bun. I'll be calling head office regarding this as they're clearly giving me what they have pre cooked instead of cooking what I order.

Last time I ever get food from here, if you want cold double dipped fries...old dried up 8 pc variety bucket with all dark and chicken so old and dried under the warmer this place is for you. Did I forget to mention they always forget dips and items, yea every single time. I'm tired of wanted to get KFC and getting robbed here in exchange for inedible food a feral animal wouldnt eat and im emailing head office cause after what I got tonight for my meal for $60 it should be considered a crime.

I order thru skip or Door Dash I ask for hot sauce I get nothing. I go to the restaurant ask for hot sauce and get ketchup. I call to talk to the manager who was there talking on the phone 5 minutes ago when I was there. I get told he isn't there when I call.

No idea why they wont accept e-coupons received from KFC website unless I provide a printed hard copy cut out of it? Upon informing them that I've used it at other locations no issue, the staff simply told me we don't do it that way here. Chicken was salty and tasted different. Overall very poor experience.
