Went in and requested some information from supervisor regarding my potential order. Supervisor tells me they unable to spend 30 seconds in an empty store to help me. Walked out to another location in town which messed up my order entirely. 1 star for franchise consistincy.

Good for takeout. Chicken was good, but a little more greasy than I prefer...however...it is deep fried chicken after all.

Great chicken, kids love to eat the chicken strips here, they're made from chicken tenders not minced

Great Location on the main drag, access by B-train rigs. Clean bathrooms, prompt staff.Parking: Room for 2 to 3 big trucks along the service road depending on time of day.

Online order was easy with the app. When I arrived before pickup time gearing was friendly and it was not too busy. My order was already in the warmer and READY. I love Mary Brown's because it's not as greasy as KFC.

Today, on September 13, around at 2130 hrs, I visited this location. One east Indian employee was moping the floor when I entered the store. He went inside the counter area and took my food order without washing his hands. He was moping with bare hands and was doing everything with his bare hands without bothering to wash them. He even served me food with his bare hands. When he passed me the food, I mentioned to him to at least wash his hands before serving food. He stated he only touched the food bag. I told him that he placed the napkins in the bag also. He stated "sorry".Also, this location serves only drink cans or bottles. No drink dispenser available. It appears that the location is managed by a greedy owner who is avoiding to give free drink refills. Also, hiring cheap labor on weak immigration status.I have added a photo of the sandwich, that's how I found it the moment I opened the box. Awesome quality of service. Not returning to this filthy location again.Update:A response was received by the "Owner" stating to send them the email about my experience.I believe the "Owner" did not bother reading the review. If he had read it, he could have found out about the experience. Also, the "Owner" can view the CCTV footage of the store to verify my experience.

I think this location has the best fresh sandwiches among other locations in town. Everytime I leave the city I stop by this location myhr highway to grab a few sandwiches. The chicken is always tender and sauces taste yummy and fresh.

The best Mary Browns I've been to in Alberta. Reminds me of home. I've noticed the ones around Edmonton[that I've had] don't come close to what I would get in Newfoundland. This one does.

Typical fast food experience. I found the wedges and chicken a little on the bland side.
