I usually have no problem with the McDonald's in Thickwood and the one downtown is sometimes messed up but they are very busy. EVERY TIME I order from this location wether I'm inside or door dashing it to my house it's horrible. I pay for extra cheese I get no cheese at all. I order a burger no pickles or mustard I get pickles and mustard. I order a caremel cheesecake mcfluffy and they put crushed oreos in it IM ALERGIC TO CHOCOLATE seriously get your staff together I didn't even eat my frys I ordered just incase of cross contamination Door dash was no help in the situation either.

I really hope this gets to McDonald's Head office. Just wanted to say that the Halloween decorations at all the Fort McMurray locations are super messed up for kids, especially the one in Gregoire. There's like, gore,blood and trash everywhere inside. You guys are supposed to be all about kids and families, but it's more like an adult horror show, and my kids won't even go in. Seriously, someone needs to rethink this. Maybe the manager has some stuff they need to work through? The owner should do something about this dumb decision. Kids usually love McDonald's, but not this time. We even wanted to have a party, but some parents aren't down with it.

I was in the drive through and this employee could not u understand was I was saying at all. The most incompetent worker I’ve ever seen. I was there for 5 mins trying to spell out F-R-I-E-S. I asked for a plain cheeseburger for my poor elderly father and they gave me a Big Mac. I was in shock. My poor couldn’t eat it and had to starve until we got to Edmonton. I am so disappointed do better. You’re in Canada so hire people that speak English.
McDonald's fries are very addictive (joking, of course. They are Very good).
The double-quarter-pounder BLT is awesome. It's my favorite burger at McDonald's. The McChicken is also a great choice. The nuggets are very tasty (unlike the BBQ sauce).

The peach smoothie is good, as well as their milkshakes, and ice cream.
Try their Caramel Oreo McFlurry... It is Soooo good. You won't be disappointed.

It is a great spot for a quick bite to eat or to grab some quick take out.
