Check your cheese before you eat!! Found mold, customer service was bad
Please train your employee to be polite with customer. Tried to order and the one i want is not available which is fine but the way she talk is rude telling me not available coz its closing time. It's 6pm and the mall is closed at 8pm which is too early to tell customer its closing time.
The pretzels are delicious but they take time, so plan accordingly. We order, ask how long it will be then go for a little walk or into a store or two before circling back.I'd much rather wait for a fresh warm pretzel than get handed a cold one quickly that's been sitting there for who knows how long.Unfortunately, Peter Pond mall just isn't busy enough for the workers to continuously pump out hot fresh pretzels. At least that's how I see it.
The worst service ever,they didnt even want to serve us like it was ruining their day that we were there!!One of the slushies was overflowing and dripping everywhere and the guy seemed so irritated to fix it for us!Its a good thing the pretzels are good cause you would never go there for the customer service!!Manegement needs to do something about the poor service!
Pretzels are good especially when fresh and that's the 1 star.
Great and tasty pretzels.. horrible and lazy service ( I won’t say more ) . Management please work on these issues.. work ethic !!!

Received the worst customer service today. ???From these two females.One kept mocking me. Then they switched Languages and started saying something while giggling .Both xenophobic and distasteful customer service. ????
don’t get me wrong all of the employees here are super polite and their pretzels are such a great snack when i have my break at peterpond mall, but i was working on september 9th 2022 and decided to get something for my break around 3:40 or 3:45pm. there was a lady working there and she was polite at first taking my order, but then i realized i didn’t have enough for what i had ordered. i told her really quick that so she didn’t have a wasted pretzel from my order “no it’s okay. im sorry, i don’t have enough to pay for it”. she then told me something back that i didn’t hear that well (which is not the problem) but i just recited that i don’t have enough to pay for my order and i apologized once again. the problem is was that after i had told her this, she suddenly and obviously rolled her eyes at me because of that and i did not appreciate her attitude at all. though, she did have the face that something was possibly wrong and that that day wasn’t a good day for her or that something was bothering her, so i don’t fully blame her for her attitude, i just didn’t really appreciate it that’s all. workers are still humans and have feelings, and i hope she felt better later that day. it was just this incident was not a good image for it.
Delicious pretzels if you don't mind waiting 15 freaking minutes for one of them!
