Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I have ordered twice from this restaurant and both times recieved the wrong order. I then tried to call them to report the issues but the number they have listed is not correct. The staff are obviously incompetent and incapable of making a simple order. Would not recommend anybody order from this very poorly run restaurant.

I typically just get a burrito bowl. I skip it to work and is usually cold when I get it but overall still good

The food is good, the price is good, the service is meh.
I asked for guac on my two bowls and because the gauc was almost empty I got 3/4 scoops... Probably should have spoke up but shouldn't need to.

Then they ask for a tip at a fast food place... Um if I wanted to tip you I can't because you jipped me on the guac and I'm taking my food to go so ya... No

I'll go again, and just ensure the scoops are always full.

I tried this restaurant on their first day, wasn’t great but I now realize they were not fully operational. Just ordered from them and the food was amazing. Delicious, healthy and extremely generous servings. Will stick with them, forever. So good!

I just got take out but they have a deal on where if you get a small burrito and a Bubly drink it’s $10 so I got 4 of them. I ate 2 for supper and had 2 for breakfast the next day. Very friendly staff. What an enjoyable experience.

Terrible customer service and employee morale. It Used to be great pre 2018 with Friendly Filipina staff, whom I miss dearly.

The food is very underseasoned, the salsa and guacamole seams like all old bland tasting, used to love burritos there but very disappointed with the quality. Even the chips where stale. Might be a one off day but it was bad meal. Friday Nov 28 2024.

We order mucho burrito once every couple months. My husband always gets the tacos and I always get a bowl. Tonight we ordered off skip, my bowl was perfect! But my husbands tacos literally fell apart as soon as he picked them up..all three..the bottoms completely broke and everything fell out. We love mucho burrito but not sure we will order the tacos again ? completely dry and crumbly.

Ordered off skip, it showed up cold and the burrito fell apart in my hands as I was eating it, was also so spicy that it wasn't even worth eating had to throw it away never ordering from here again

Probably the only mucho burrito in canada that stopped giving the special variety of hot sauces as a option. Pretty ridiculous for a Mexican restaurant to not have any hot sauce.

Been coming here for years. An employee I spoke with this week alleges that the tips I've been leaving (both in cash or card) do not go directly to the staff assembling the meals, and that ownership keeps the majority of them. I realize that this is technically not illegal in Alberta... But doing so is a disgusting practice and I refuse to give this owner my business going forward until these allegations are refuted or proven wrong.

This place was nasty I will never come here again. Burrito became soggy just from the walk to the table. I ordered a mango jarrito and there was a bunch of stuff floating in it. I brang it to the lady’s attention and she didn’t know what to tell me. So I asked her if she could just get me a pineapple one instead and she said she couldn’t for some reason??? I just can’t believe it. Literally gives you a drink with a bunch of stuff floating in it and can’t replace it. Unbelievable….If the owner reads this I want my 15$ back for the food I didn’t eat.

I’ve read most of the comments on here and I’m actually really surprised. Seems like most of the issues come from the app ordering. The staff here are great, the portions are always generous and it always tastes amazing. This is my fave take out spot in Fort Mac, hands down.

The last time I ate here I was floored when I ordered black beans for my taco, the guy charged me then counted out 5 beans each per taco. I didnt go back for a year and the other day decided to pop in. They are still horrible with their portions. I would say there was less than than a normal fork full of meat on each taco. I asked can you put more and he said no , I'd have to charge you. This isn't the servers fault its management. I'm including pictures because I think he counted the cheese strands. Honestly, waste your money here.
