Yesterday, I had a fantastic experience with the food and customer service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and prompt attention. The girl there was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

I’ve eaten at this location over the last several years and it had been pretty consistent with other OPA experiences, however, the last two times I’ve eaten here have been below expectations.
I ordered the chicken solvaki and the chicken was so dry was almost uneatable The salad looked like it had been sitting all day. The tomatoes were so ripe and tasted past their due date.
Not sure if it’s under new management or something but it’s now 2 times with similar results. I believe there are other Greek options in the city that have better food.

After finishing half of my meal with my son I found a large lady bug in my salad. When I requested a refund the cashier questioned if it should be for the whole meal or just the salad. 😵💫 very gross.

This place should probably just hire all new staff and try again, or at the very least ask the girl the the glasses not the laugh at the customer when they are asking why their food it taking upward of an half an hour. I told her she didn’t give me what I ordered but she wouldn’t take that for an answer so I guess Im trying something new.

Guys change oil on time. Calamari was so bitter.
