Ordered a pizza through skip. Order was never processed by the workers at the restaurant. Called the restaurant and they told me they didn't recieve it. Skip support helped me out by trying to contact the restaurant as well. Nothing came out of it but a refund thankfully from skip. I guess the workers do not care about their skip orders because according to skip they just never confirmed and processed my order. 0/10.

The Philly cheesesteak pizza was amazing. The works pizza, had raw toppings and raw dough.
As a part of a promotion, garlic knots were added for spending +$35. The bigger ones were also partially raw.

This is the worst papa johns I have ever ordered from.My pizzas had hardly any topings and they were like cardboard. Such a let down.There are plenty of better options in Fort McMurray I suggest using one of them.

I’ve always noticed that when ordering here, the pizza is only fully cooked maybe 40% of the time. Tonight my boyfriend ordered some for dinner and has spent the last 4 hours in agony after contracting food poising from this location. Will not be eating from this location again.

This is the second time we have ordered delivery and had the driver claim we weren't in the lobby and that we didn't answer the phone. Then they send us cold pizza because we are the problem. They have the best pizza in town but the night time delivery service sucks. Improve your customer service.

Not anywhere close to the quality it used to be, greasy rubbery wings. Large pizza was small and sparsely covered with oddly, unevenly cut cheap toppings. Whomever ownes this papa John's should be ashamed of themselves. Couple more customers that won't be going back.

New to the neighborhood, I was very excited to place my first order tonight. The Papa John is a reputable franchise and their Papa Bowl was unique product and very delicious but, my whole excitement got blown away when a long hair got into my mouth from the cooked meal and after that, who can eat the remaining dinner. I wish the owner take more measures to implement hygiene protocols by their kitchen staff who were not wearing hairnets or gloves.
