I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza 73 location. Google clearly shows they are open until 1:00 AM, but when I went to place an order in person, they refused to serve me even though it was only 11:32 PM. The staff member at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional, and simply said they were “closed” without giving any proper explanation.
If the store is going to close early, they should update their hours online or at least communicate politely. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Google says they are open until 1am when in reality they close at midnight. Put a skip order in and it said it would be ready for pickup at 1210am, got there and it’s closed and locked up. Lights are off but the open sign is still on. They accepted/processed the skip order but didn’t fulfill the order.

I ordered vegetarian pizza with all the details mentioned. Instead of that i got chicken pieces on the top of pizza and got really disappointed because as vegetarian and allergic to meat this is really disgusting. When i call the store immediately they refuse to recognize the order and said that sorry i dont have your order. They did not resolve the issue and not even refund me. I am not gonna order again from this store because of their carelessness.

Why they confirm orders on uber if they cant prepare it. This happened with me two times. Its just money matter. Will never order again .

I ordered a large pizza for takeout from Pizza 73, and I’m really disappointed with the quality. The pizza had barely any toppings on it, which made it look and taste very plain. On top of that, some slices had strange bubbles in the dough, and the overall texture and taste felt uncooked. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price. I hope they improve their preparation and quality control.
