Iam writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment(pizza pizza). I had ordered chicken wings, which unfortunately were severely overcooked and almost burnt, making them inedible.
When I approached the counter today to provide feedback, I was met with an uncooperative and dismissive response. Rather than acknowledging the concern, the staff member insisted that I should not have ordered the item and made no effort to listen or address the issue professionally. This kind of interaction felt both unprofessional and disrespectful.
Customer feedback should be welcomed, not dismissed. I hope this message is taken constructively, and that steps are taken to ensure better food quality and more courteous service in the future.

! Lotsa cheese. Minor down side is the bruchetta is nothing to write home about. Other than that it's reallllly good!!! Even the dill pickle stuffed crust!!!

Dropped by for a quick bite and the service was awesome. The girl at the counter was super kind and welcoming — made the whole experience really pleasant. Food was hot and tasty too. Highly recommend this spot!

Paid extra for pesto sauce and requested extra sauce, yet the pizza was dry as a desert. It was XXL. Please upgrade the pesto sauce so it retains moisture after being cooked.
Additionally, earlier when I went there, the lady in front assumed our culture/ethnicity and questioned our dietary preferences. She apologized after. I just want to say I would absolutely love to order a pizza without being judged by my choice of toppings

The pizzas are garbage. The work crew clearly isn't properly trained. I've had Pizza Pizza at other locations and it was actually good. Corporate should really step in to properly train these folks or close the business, as the owners are pretty awful to deal with as well.

My experience with their regular Pizza were excellent, so this time I ordered 'stromboli' to try. It was a total nightmare. The stuff I got in the box was literally dripping oil all over and can be seen in pictures. There were big chunks of melted cheese in it and crust was paper thin. This stromboli was a total waste of your money and a disappointment ?

Pizza’s great. I’ve been coming here over a year for two medium pizzas four toppings, two dipping sauces and four drinks. Value depends who’s on shift. One girl there keeps asking extra pay for every topping, dipping sauce and drink despite it’s included in special offer they have on the wall. Saying it’s not included. Easily gets you pay $10 and more extra. Don’t go there much since
I ordered online. I selected leave at door but delivery driver persisted till someone came to the door. Was so excited to find a place that makes a cauliflower crust. I paid $5 more per pizza for the crust. I am so disappointed what I received and could only eat the toppings as the crust was dried out and texture and taste was like cardboard. I had high hopes but paid extra for an inedible crust. And light sauce doesn’t mean no sauce!!! I won’t order here again.

Service was absolutely horrible waited an hour for 1 MID pizza. Should have stuck with Pizza 73 or Pizza Hut. Not to mention this is not the first time this has happened. If I could give them a 0, I would. There’s absolutely no excuse that one pizza should take a whole hour to prepare. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
