It’s at a food court so not much atmosphere. Worker at counter didn’t seem particularly happy to be there. Sour cream and onion fries were fine.
Parking: Parking is outside mall. This spot is about 5 minutes away from the lot on the second floor.

I was critical about this place before I tried it, but once I did I became a fan. I tried the pizza fries and they were delicious, my 2 year old daughter loved the truffle fries, and the chicken wings had a nice hint ofeither tarragon or Annise throughout the meat that was very nice.

December 22/23 between 2:30 - 3:30The lady working there was very rude, the gentleman was friendly and professional. Fries were cold. She wasn’t going to give my Granddaughter her drink because she said she already had it, which she didn’t, after a bit of convincing she finally got her drink.The two stars are for the gentleman!! We also watched the lady take fries from someone’s order and put them back in the tray. I guess the gentleman that was working with her put too many in the container because she was arguing with him while she was taking the fries out of the container. Will not be going back!

I'm not a big French fries guy but wanted to finally try this place. Fries were tasty enough but a little cold. However, I didn't want bubble tea or a soft drink, just a small glass of water. Tap water would have been fine. But they wouldn't give me a glass of water, only sell me a bottle.I mean sure, I'm not a big spender, but you can't just give a glass of water?I got one from A&W next door for free.

I love potatoes but these were a mixture of warmAnd cold fries. The amount of steps they take before you can eat fries makes the fries cold. I know it was the first day but fries were taking toLong and too much seasoning. They need more employees. Taste was mediocre!
