We had a great dinner at 72 patio with my family. There's a lot of creativity and modernity on the new menu. The price, presentation, and portion were all great. The chef explained allergens and ingredients to us when we had questions. It was an enjoyable experience we'll remember forever.

I eat here several times a week, and the new menu is a near total miss.
Its attempting to be fine dining with fine dining prices when its mostly folks coming in from sporting activities or from working out.
Its trying to cater to a clientelle that dosent exist.

The food IS great, but its the kind of pricing you might find at a restraunt on a cruise ship or resort, not from a restraunt tucked away in a rec center.

The service staff are fantastic still, though.

Went for dinner with the family after some hockey and found they changed their entire menu. It has changed so much that our kids wanted nothing on it. They eliminated any comfort foods from the new menu! Pretty sad that a laid back family restaurant seems to be trying to be a 5 star restaurant

This place was alright at best before today's now they have switched to some sort of fall menu and there is nothing the same on it. It's all some weird concoction of something else. Like you can't even order nachos, a normal burger, chicken tenders or even the kids pizza anymore! Why chance something that wasn't broken? Maybe add some new items but don't change everything! This is supposed to be a family restaurant for us to bring the whole family to after skating not a five star restaurant... Stop trying to be something you're not! You just lost 5 customers that came faithfully every week after our day at mac island!

Sucks that I have to do this, I think I have left two negative reviews online in my lifetime but I can’t keep my mouth shut.

Was absolutely horrible, every single part. From the drinks that were not the ones we ordered to the sand castle they called nachos. My Mrs order the tacos and I said to her “is that meat” nope not meat just the dry beans that I would put in the same category as gravel.

The view is alright too bad they made the railing perfectly tall enough so you can’t sit and look at the course.

Overall just brutal, go to Brewhouse and watch golf on tv.

Too busy of an atmosphere and too much going on in one area. I got a basketball thrown in the same direction as my table. Pool balls that flew off the table as people as well. The services was not good, only 2 stay for a nearly full restaurant and slow. The staff definitely needed help. For the food, the burger was over cooked and the steak was not how we ordered it. Pricey and overall wouldn't go back! Lovely design inside tho.

Our office Christmas gathering of 8 people was fantastic. The staff were great and they accommodated all our needs. The food was fantastic and the ambiance was great.

We won a $50.00 gift card at the fall trade show. We wish we had never gotten it!! Tried to go there for lunch one afternoon and after walking the long mile to the restaurant, it was closed for renos. Tried again a week or 2 after they were suppose to open and they were closed....We almost gave up but thought we would try one more time. (Should have stayed home!!)We were the first customers of the day. Okay, someone has to be but the service sucked. The servers chatting at the bar drinking their Timmy's (All this says to me is their coffee is terrible and it was!) instead of bringing us the things needed for our meal was irritating. (Salt, pepper, butter, syrup for my pancakes, hot sauce for our eggs that we asked for when we ordered...) So when our meal arrives... which seemed to take forever, we had to ask for all the side things. Waited and waited...now we have cold food. Steak, which was ordered rare, was medium well to well done and tough as shoe leather AND tasteless. (It looked like they boiled it!) I didn't even get to try the pancakes but the bacon was awful. It had obviously been deep fried. (NEVER EVER a good thing for bacon!) The cook had also smothered my cakes in a jammy compote of some sort which I had to scrape off. (Maple syrup, fresh fruit, crispy bacon is exactly what it says on the menu!)Needless to say, when the condiments finally arrived, we left the gift card on the table, told the servers why and left! There was no way to fix this mess without waiting another 1/2 hour or more! (And to possibly be disappointed again! No thank you!)(Fyi, I am no stranger to the inside workings of restaurants. I have worked in the service industry for more than 40 years. This experience was one of the worst.)Seems the "response from the owner below" is a robot reply. I've heard nothing back from them!

I was impressed with the Dunning burger, thick, tasty. Gf had the fettuccine, more than enough for her. After some confusion as to who was our server, and the continual thwacking of golf balls, it went ok ?
