Smitty's Family Restaurant - Fort McMurray

Food took forever to come out and was cold when it arrived
Waitress was a sweet lady though, not her fault. The food was extremely slow and not very good either.

My family and I went for all you can eat fish and chips. The fish was barely edible at best, the batter was thick and undercooked, and although it states all you can eat fish & chips, it's only all you can eat fish, chips are not included so that deal is misleading. The fries were good but I counted about 10 on my plate so they definitely skimped there. Won't be back unfortunately. Concept is good but execution poor.

I have been to Smitty's twice, and each time I've been there, the restaurant had no customers. Sorry to say, but the food was mediocre. Normally I like Smitty's.

I ordered a turkey dinner it was the worse turkey dinner I ever had potatoes was dry had 2 carrots on my plate little gravy had to ask for more and turkey was sliced turkey not real turkey I thought for 20 dollars a plate I would get a good dinner we also ordered fettuccine with meatballs and meatballs were that soft they fell apart other dishes were ok but for a family of 4 to spend over 100 it's definitely not worth it

First time in the restaurant and it was great! Great food, great server & friendly staff! Noor and Rob made mine and my daughters day with their kindness & great service. Will be back again!

TERRIBLE experience. All you can eat breakfast but there is one waiter serving over ten people I waited over 25 minutes for my breakfast and am still hear waiting over 20 minutes to ask for another serving. Theirs is a big guy just walking around doing nothing I think he could be helping. Really not a good experience at all need to either get more employees or do something cause I would rather not spend two hours in a restaraunt early morning.

We sure enjoy the breakfast at Smitty’s! The service though, really needs attention! We will return. But please step it up a bit with your service.

Nothing exciting to say here. Food was decent, service was good. Prices featured the typical Fort McMurray tax. If you want something other than Tim’s before you head off to work it’s not a bad option but there’s nothing special here to rave about.

Went to Change my daughter in the bathroom and the baby change table had dirty wipes and tissues along with dirt left inside. Clearly had not been cleaned in more than a few days? For always being a slow spot when visiting the experience is trash. Once we told the server about the dirty bathroom they continued to chat with another table and not even go and check on the bathroom or is again until it was clear we were waiting to leave looking for our server.
