I don’t like leaving bad reviews but in this case I must advise others: Worst ramen of my life. The miso broth was heavy & greasy; the egg was hard boiled, not soft or soaked in soy; the worst offenders were the fresh cucumbers and carrots in the soup! Cucumbers and carrots sometimes belong in pho, not ramen; I never even tasted the pork but it wasn’t chasu pork, just bbq pork belly. Perhaps they have other dishes that taste good but my advice is to avoid the ramen until they change their recipe. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere looked clean, nice, and traditional.

I bought a sushi today for our 3rd Anniversary and the sushi that we received was horrible.Tuna was gray in color the rice from the sushi is hard. Never order in this restaurant. I would recommend you to go to a different sushi restaurant in town than to spend hundreds of dollars here.

I’ve been coming to Spring Moon for a few years and it’s usually pretty good . Today ordered the beef bento box and it wasn’t up to the usual standard. The beef was below warm and the teriyaki sauce cold . I’m sure ot wasn’t heated at all. And then the salad, which is not easy to screw up , was in a puddle of water. C’mon just drain the lettuce or shake off the excess water before platting. Anyway not sure if it’s a new cook or just the state of strata there .
The tempura and California rolls were good .

The Yellowtail Roll is friggin' awesome. Although it's not really Japanese, the wonton soup is great.
You really wanted me to pay 27 for sashimi bowl. I saw assorted sashimi plate It was cheaper than the bowl and seems like the rice is almost 10 and sashimi are 15? Seriously sashimi are so thin...No conscience.
