You really wanted me to pay 27 for sashimi bowl. I saw assorted sashimi plate It was cheaper than the bowl and seems like the rice is almost 10 and sashimi are 15? Seriously sashimi are so thin...No conscience.

Spring Moon has lost my business. They don’t take the order correctly and then don’t take responsibility for not getting it correct. The food is a complete rip off. Go somewhere else!!

I usually go to Fort McMurray once or twice a year and really enjoy the food. My go-to place is Yoshi but they were closed Monday and I had to try this new place. The decor was okay as it had a hip bistro feel. The washroom unfortunately needed some TLC as the taps were clearly broken.I’ll have to say though that the food was the worst I’ve had. The food looked really good but when you tasted it there were major issues. The agadashi tofu was terrible as you can tell it wasn’t freshly made. The tempura prawns had so much batter that it broken into two when picked up. The sashimi had sand in the yellowtail pieces. Other pieces seemed waterlogged. And the sushi rice in the sushi was so sour that you’d wonder if they poured the entire bottle in there.I rarely find a sushi place I dislike but I’ll never go back there. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star because the service was actually pretty good. It was not a good experience. What you see ordered here cost me $64 plus tip (which I still did as the service was good).

Very nice staff but I think the ingredients being provided for the food just aren't great.

They cater to take out orders, we were the only table in the dinning room and waited for 10 min just for our drink order. The tempera veggies were very thin and over cooked to the point they tasted like potato

I bought last year a sushi platter and it was awful. Salmon on the top of the nigiri was so thin you could see holes on it. The platter was expensive and doesn't worth it at all. Don't waste your time and money there if you want sushi.

Sad to see such a great place go downhill. Was my fav sushi place for the longest time. Now the prices are twice as much and the quality is half as good. Sry but that math doesn’t add up at all.

Spring Moon has great staff and the food is superlative. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough!Kid-friendliness: They cater to children and are very happy to host the family. A casual place that can show you a good time.

I've had the sushi a couple of times which had been great however ask for the Ramen menu, I do believe they took over triple S noodle bar.. the Ramen is likely up there with the best I've had. The spicy is delicious, the broth is always fantastic and the fresh veg, both beef and chicken have been great, I've brought multiple family members now and friends to try the Ramen here and all have loved it. The price point I find is more then fair for the portion you get, I usually have the same lady serving us, always very kind and attentive, I give this place a 5/5 for me based on the consistency and quality of food matched with the service, if you have not I urge you to ask for the Ramen menu and try it out

If you like California rolls don’t eat here. Maybe I got a bad order but holy smokes it was terrible. Rice not cooked right, no flavour.

green onion is slightly under cook but it's not a big deal. Ramen noodle soup is extremely salty and wrong order taking [one is pork and one is chicken; gave us both chicken] . i asked them either remake the 2 bowls or take it off the bill . They bought out the exact same 2 bowls and only water down to diluted. it is unacceptable since they said is a remake and obviously lying . also , who know if the bowls are mixed up between me and my friends order. I am not okay to eat off others plate and share saliva . Do not recommend
