As an avid coffee lover and Starbucks devotee, I admire this store so much. I've lived in Fort McMurray for going on 13 years and I can honestly say, this location has always been a favorite. Anytime I come in they are always so friendly and approachable. They are so synchronized when working together. Everyone is always doing something and they are all always communicating when they need to. Food is always hot and warmed properly, drinks are prepared always well and correctly and the off chance they get it wrong they are apologetic and quick to correct. Truly admire this location and love coming here.

Charity “Chingy” Chingy

Terrible customer experience, mobile order on May 5, 20205 that went horribly wrong. Spoke to 2 shift supervisors who promised resolution but went home without passing my issue to the next supervisor or getting back to me; therefore, at each stage, I had to re explain my issue. Finally spoke to a “manager” on day 2 (May 6, 2025) It all ended with her slamming the phone down on. I have been proudly taking my money elsewhere since then.

The Ethiopian guy cheppa is awesome. Best customer service I came at the closing time still gave me the exceptional customer service. Love that guy’s attitude.

Great service and freshly brewed coffee. Ordered 2 specialty coffee for dine in and ended up bringing home 2 more.

I'll not go there again. Poor, slow service. And, ownership/management do not bother to manage the situation, as manifested by the lack of response to all feedback.

I order Strawberry açai rfr but it was not good as tomorrow as I order this drink three times in a week . Also there was no flavour of lemonade . It was just water as I mentioned them to do not put water

Stopping by just to finalize paperwork. Every staff member greeted us both individually, were super friendly and helpful. Bought some swag for the pooch and were sent home with a goodie bag on purchase of a HOG.
