I think they are very short staffed.All attention goes to drive thru, and often my drink not full. You will wait a long a$$ time if you go inside

usually slow service, even when there aren’t other customers there store is closed at weird times. tons of shift workers coming and going between 6-6:45am and 6-6:45pm. prime time for coffee buying… just sayin.

The staff is good but the service is so slow has to wait for 20 mins for a coffee this morning. Seems like if you dont order through the app they dont value your time … never going back here!!

I use to go to this location every single day. I stopped three months ago because I was sick of spending my money here and getting drinks that were not made properly. I went yesterday morning for the first time in months, my drink was perfect. I went again this morning and my drink is absolutely horrible and a total waste of 8$. Please please please talk to your employees and stop having this happen. I miss being able to get Starbucks before work but I cannot be wasting money on something that is not edible or enjoyable.

Wow, took forever just to get a drink made. Barista didn’t know how to make a plain latte. He was going to put vanilla in it and thought it comes with it.

It was very busy and there was a long wait today but the manager was very kind and went around with pumpkin cold brew samples and pumpkin spice bread samples. It really eased waiting time and made me happy. Thank you!
