Order is made wrong 90% of the time, to the point I check before driving away - or I accept that it’s just how it is (no foam and there’s 2 inches of foam).

Latest interaction was with the older lady (brunette) working the afternoon shift. Oh my, someone needs to leave customer service. I was so mad by her demeanour and attitude that I wanted to throw my drink on her (obviously didn’t) but I stayed away for a good week (thank you for saving me some money I guess).

Edit to add: new staff don’t know how to apply coupons in the drive through, told me that it’s only for mobile orders (offer clearly states otherwise)

The girl at the drive thru was so rude, I understand it can get busy but there was no point on getting mad and rude at customers, if you don’t wanna work just QUIT! You didn’t have to slam the window so hard

Can’t keep anything stocked. Poor customer service. Lady was rude to me when I asked about a drink I wanted. Overall Every time I try to go to a Starbucks I’m hit with rude people who can’t even make a drink right.
