The quality of this location has gone downhill

My boyfriend & I went in for a drink, while we were waiting it catch our attention how terrible the employees are being treated, numerous times the manger yelled throughout/across the store very rudely, even threatening to send workers home for not saying hello how she’d like..absolutely unbelievable making everyone including myself very uncomfortable… it was sad to see, none of them get paid enough to deal with that type of bulshit.

I visit today around 8pm and i order a drink with light ice and this is what i get. Half of the cup is with ice. If this amount of ice used for light ice then what your amount for full ice drink🙄. M very disappointed with the service its not just first time. And in one drink of $9 if m getting half cup of ice then its really not worthy at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I preorder every single time and give lots of time. Somehow drive through is still always prioritized. They were about 20 drinks behind today and the guy making drinks I think thought to himself I wonder if I could move slower than a snail. Mission accomplished. He had no idea what was going on I’m not even sure he’s aware making coffee is his job. Tried to hand me a drink that clearly wasn’t mine and just looked right through me when I said no that’s not mine. This young blonde man clearly needed help and no one was. Although he shouldn’t be making drinks when it is busy because I’m pretty sure he is illiterate and has two brain cells fighting for second place up there. Thankfully he’s too unintelligent and I realize he’s bad at his job.

Do better, 40 mins to wait for a coffee someone preordered before they even left their house is a wild thing to happen. Retrain this god awful staff or honestly just clean house and start over

2 stars for food because all starbucks food is terrible. 5 for service at this location for sure, atmosphere is always great at bucks and the drinks are usually spot on. Yes starbucks, your food sucks, everyone knows it.

This is by far the worst location that I've ever been to. Constantly understaffed, staff that are there are ran off their behinds because of an incompetent manager or greedy owner not wanting to hire, half the ingredients are out of stock when you go to order. Straws are kept behind the counter for some stupid reason. Corporate should be embarrassed that this operator runs such a terrible location.

Good most of the time. Other times im spending half n hour in the drive thru. Ridiculous. Ive also been given cold food more than once and wrong drink orders more than once.

If you got inside be prepared to wait 30 mins for a coffee when you are the only person in there. But they will serve 10 cars in the drive-thru while you wait.

So slow. Do not go in to get coffee unless you aren't in a hurry. Over 15 minutes to make 2 coffee's in the store. Watched 10+ vehicles come and go through the drive through in that time. Slowest in store service ever.

Was in the drive through for nearly 30 minutes when there was only 4 cars in the drive through.

Absolute unacceptable service received today. We went there around 7:50 pm and we wanted to add something to our order, they said that they close at 8pm and won't allow us to add anything anymore because they have to start the closing procedures. Is this a customer service you would accept? I will say one thing, I am never visiting that store again, what a shame.
