The drink and atmosphere inconsistency is getting worse which I didn’t think was possible. Harder to tell which location is more horrible - the stars for service at Eagle Ridge is for Jess who is the MVP. New manager is in over her head. Never thought I’d say this but bring back Zsa Zsa.

I usually only come to this location when I just want to drive thu quickly, without having to take off my pj's, but every time I come here there's always some kind of technical issues, that turns a simple 5 minute wait in the drive thru to a 20 to 30 minute wait, sometimes longer. I have to make sure my gas tank is full before I go. this issue also harms the service as well, as it delays the Barista's orders (which isn't their fault) and having to deal with crabby customers, definitely affects their moods. higher prices are also an issue, a 5 dollar cold brew now goes for 7 dollars, not to mention a 3 to 4 dollar food item. Just gonna start making it at home from now on

I’ve always placed my order online leaving my house then went through the drivethru to pick it up without an issue. Sometimes my orders are complicated with substitutions so I like doing the order online to save time at the speaker and avoid anything being mixed up (always felt it was easier for everyone lol). Today I placed my order like usual and drove there, the app said it would take 5-8 minutes and I got there in 4 minutes. When I went through the drive thru the person on the speaker said “yeah you only placed that order like 2 minutes ago and there’s 5 people ahead of you so if it’s not ready when you get to the window you’ll have to come in.” I found this very off putting and the tone was not nice. When I get to the window Jess explains that she pushed the order through but next time I have to wait a little while longer before going through the drive thru because there’s people ahead of me and they were busy. I explained I’ve always done it this way and have never had an issue. She repeated that the order was pushed through and more explanation about how something just reopened (the store or mobile order idk?). I appreciate my order being made for when I got to the window but it was bizarre to be given a lecture about how I went about ordering my coffee. I try to order in advance but next time I guess I’ll have to order at the speaker to avoid a condescending lecture about mobile ordering.

My go to for morning coffee and breakfast. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. They're good about ensuring your order is correct. Way more personalized experience as opposed to Tims (which I refuse to go to over the past few years...)

Amazing service always a greats visit drinks made great even with how crazy busy they are at all times I see great leadership and I do sit in cafe and I can see the team loves their job and have fun while working -I got samples pumpkin loaf with pumpkin cream cold brew and it absolutely made my visit ! Manager came and checked on me with how my visit was ! Above and beyond !

I got an Americano, it was the worst americano I’ve ever had, I normally like the americanos, the coffee is mediocre at best, but at other Starbucks I’ve never had a bad americano, the good thing about this place is that you don’t need a code for the bathrooms and the staff spoke English fluently, a rare thing these days.

The quality of this location has gone downhill
My boyfriend & I went in for a drink, while we were waiting it catch our attention how terrible the employees are being treated, numerous times the manger yelled throughout/across the store very rudely, even threatening to send workers home for not saying hello how she’d like..absolutely unbelievable making everyone including myself very uncomfortable… it was sad to see, none of them get paid enough to deal with that type of bulshit.

I visit today around 8pm and i order a drink with light ice and this is what i get. Half of the cup is with ice. If this amount of ice used for light ice then what your amount for full ice drink🙄. M very disappointed with the service its not just first time. And in one drink of $9 if m getting half cup of ice then its really not worthy at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I preorder every single time and give lots of time. Somehow drive through is still always prioritized. They were about 20 drinks behind today and the guy making drinks I think thought to himself I wonder if I could move slower than a snail. Mission accomplished. He had no idea what was going on I’m not even sure he’s aware making coffee is his job. Tried to hand me a drink that clearly wasn’t mine and just looked right through me when I said no that’s not mine. This young blonde man clearly needed help and no one was. Although he shouldn’t be making drinks when it is busy because I’m pretty sure he is illiterate and has two brain cells fighting for second place up there. Thankfully he’s too unintelligent and I realize he’s bad at his job.
Do better, 40 mins to wait for a coffee someone preordered before they even left their house is a wild thing to happen. Retrain this god awful staff or honestly just clean house and start over
