I recently contacted the SUBWAY® in Fort McMurray to place a large order for our Lacombe Ringette team, and I must say, the service we received was exceptional! Crystal went above and beyond to ensure that our order was prepared perfectly and in a timely manner.

She was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and even offering suggestions to make our meal more enjoyable. The sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and exactly what we wanted. It's clear that Crystal takes pride in hercustomer service and teamwork.

Subway has become our go to fast food restaurant, specifically this location. Always receive excellent service, food is always fresh. On the rare occasion I've ordered a sub that may not have all the recipe ingredients, I've been advised before they proceed to make my sandwich. That level of customer service is a rarity, but much appreciated.

The Indian server is extremely rude, disrespecting and donot totally know how to do her job. She goes by the name Sara. She manipulate and become bad influence on the young servers to be rude towards customers. I suggest the right measure should be taken to improve the customer service in this Subway.

6 inch steak and cheese with bacon is over $10 for just the sandwich? asked to get a turkey and ham wrap, get to the sauce selection and got told you no longer carry mustard? Can't even ask you guy to make buffalo chicken wrap because you guys don't carry hot sauce? Like what sandwich shop doesn't carry basic sauces? Quit being cheap and order the basic sauces people actually like to use on their sandwiches and wraps.And to also mention CHEAP, I payed $10+ for a 6 inch sub and the amount of meat on it compared to any of the subways I've been to In Edmonton is a rip off. Not to mention the bacon I asked for wasn't even on the sub.Get better, do better.

The store is a great store with good employees, but they need a change in policy regarding the collection of customers' information. I placed order online in the night (October 18, 2023) for pick up this morning, but to my big surprise, my credit card information including the 3 digit CVC code were all written down on the order form, accessible to anyone. I pointed this out as being wrong, but the employees explained that they are following company's policies, and that some people might call to cancel their order. Canceling order or not, copying the credit card information of a customer on a sheet of paper is completely wrong and violation of ones privacy, the information should be entered into the system when given. They said they usually shred it, even at that, it's still not right. Hopefully someone is reading this and make changes because right now, the trust is broken, and i do order for work meetings quite often here.

Had grandchildren with me, and they love the 6" subs and the wraps. They get to make their own choices for bread and toppings, which makes them feel great. They are 7 & 5. Prices are reasonable, and the service was excellent .

Vegetarian options: You can have a vegetarian sub, wrap or salad. Meat is kept separate from veggies.

Parking: Somewhat limited in front of store but plenty of parking around side past Boston Pizza.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk sloped, doors push activated, aisles wide enough for wheelchair.
