I would like to give a big shoutout to Raman at Subway. Every time I visit, she is friendly, welcoming, and always provides excellent customer service. She prepares food carefully and exactly the way I request, and she does it with a warm and positive attitude. The restaurant is always clean and well-organized when she is working. I recently went to Subway to pick up a DoorDash order, and I was very disappointed with how I was treated. The staff were extremely disrespectful and didn’t listen when I tried to explain that I was there for a delivery order. Instead of being helpful or polite, they ignored my request and made the experience very frustrating.
They were busy chatting with each other instead of doing their job. If you can’t treat delivery drivers or customers with basic respect, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.
As a delivery driver, I always try to be respectful and patient, but the attitude I received was unacceptable. Subway should ensure their employees treat DoorDash drivers and customers with basic courtesy and professionalism.

The service at this location is awesome.. I've been going there almost every day for a year now..sit and have a breakfast sandwich or just sit with a coffee... A huge shout out to Rinna and Riya!!
