Horrible service the guy working had his music blasting head phone in his ears . I tried communicating with him and he doesn’t talk. Attitude adjustment is what he needs. Poor service.

I went in tonight at like 9:50 when they close at 10 because I was REALLY craving subway. I didn't want to go to the drive through because they never make it the way I like it so I came here. The girl, I think parmeet, her customer service was *phenomenal*. I felt so bad going in at the time I did because I know what it's like when you're JUST about to close and someone walks in. She's awesome and thank you for the awesome customer service!

For the second time my order (we picked up Skip the Dishes order) had cheese when I specified NO cheese. The first time I noticed and this time I didn't and ate the food. I'm allergic to cheese. It is waiting to game to see how sick I'll get. Called the to notify the supervisor and left my name and number. It's been a half hour and no one has called me back.

Seb's Weird World

Upping the price and shrinking the portions at the same time, unbelievable. The amount of steak they put on my sub would been barley enough for a 6 inch never mind a foot long. Sad how far this company has fallen since I worked for them.

Yesterday I visited the outlet with my family. We ordered different sandwiches but the person who attended us was very unpleasant. She was not at all welcoming or pleasing. By her strange behaviour we noticed her name in her name tag, ‘Pyper’. Customers are not expecting this kind of behaviour from your staffs. With a short span of time we understood that she was not at all interested to do anything. I visited this outlet many times before but this the first time I experienced like this. The other staff named ‘Gopika’ was doing a great job. She attended other customers very well and she managed the customers in an impressive way. The manager needs to give proper training to Pyper and give training how to behave with customers. Also give appreciation to those who works hard.

This is the dirtiest subway I have ever been in. Literally disgusting. The people working left all of the tables filthy, there’s food all over the floor, and they tried to sell me two kids sandwiches with no meat. Please teach your employees to wipe a table and make a sandwich! You’d think that be the bare minimum for a sandwich shop.

I want to give a huge shout out to the lady's working at the Eagle Ridge Subway. They went above and beyond for a huge order that I placed for work on very short notice. They made some very hungry guys super happy. In the future I will definitely be ordering from here for both personal and professional, hopefully with some notice next time.

Ordered a 6 inch sub, they made a footlong. I wanted a soup but apparently they are too cheap to provide crackers for the soup. They said they are not shipping them anymore. Did the owner not pay the bill or what? Anyways, I won't be coming here anymore. Not a huge loss on my end because I would be disappointed anyways.

ordered delivery, and my bread + drink was wrong. called the store to let them know, and was told a manager would get back to me. that was a few days ago and i never received a call. really disappointed that i paid 20$ & didnt even receive anything correctly, wish they canceled my order and refunded instead.
