We come back EVERY Tuesday for a fun night out, but it more about about the STAFF! We're treated like family. Hailey H is so AMAZING! knows our order, fast service, funny, friendly yet professional! AMAZING service

Hayley H is a great server, she knows our orders every time we come in and is always around to top up our drinks, our orders come out just how we order them! Thank you Hayley!!!!

We came to banquet tonight for wings and beer special. It’s the best deal and great wings. Hailey H was our server tonight and she was so awesome! She recommended some super yummy wing flavours. We can’t wait to come back again.

Worst service I've ever had!! Had to call the restaurant from the bowling alley to receive service!!! Beyond unacceptable!!

Went bowling and invited 5 work mates, we set up our lane rather quickly and then proceeded to wait almost half an hour to get our first round of drinks. Server came to our lane once to see if we were ready to order food and then dissapeared and the entire bowling alley was a ghost town from that point on. Every single one of our drinks sat in the table empty for over half an hour as we continued to try and enjoy the bowling experience. Finally got aggravated enough to call the restaurants main number and request for a server to come downstairs and assist. Proceeded to have a gentleman take our food and drink orders to only be left to see drinks left on the bar as the waiter/waitress was nowhere to be found as we literally stood in the main area and yelled for assistance with no answer!

Then to top it all off as we are finishing our games and ready to leave we all remove our shoes and proceed to the main bar area to yet again see the entire place is empty with no attendees. When the waiter finally came to give us our tabs we were met with attitude and excuses about being overworked and understaffed but not willing to provide any compensation for the absolute garbage service we received all night.

No tip was paid and 6 very unhappy customers left the building most likely never to return.

I am not one to leave reviews or even bash a restaurant, I just can not let this go. The nachos had 1/4 cup cheese, the poutine didn’t have gravy but a broken cheese sauce. The Korean wrap was inedible, hard noodles, sour sauce. Minus all the bad things, mushroom caps and onion rings were good. Charging $24 for that Korean wrap is the reason I am posting this, its a robbery

Awful Awful pizza. My husband brought a Friday night pizza from here and I think it's the most disgusting pizza i ever had. There was so much oil. It feels like a fried pizza . Total waste of money.

Missing items on order through skip the dishes and won’t solve the issue. Will never order from them again as they do not check the orders before they leave I would not recommend this restaurant

10 people, Birthday celebration. 9 of 10 didn’t finish their meal. Staff poorly trained. Obviously inexperienced management.
