Angry bartender, over priced food. Came in on a Sunday for dinner and pool and was treated like we were unwelcome

Went to The Den twice and both times I was left slightly frustrated. Both times I had finished my meal and was left sitting at my table waiting for waaaay too long for the waitress to come and take my plate and give me the bill. Both times I thought about walking out and both times there were never more than 7 people. The waitress needs to do a better job looking out for her customers. Other than that the food was alright, nothing to really rave over. 3 stars leaning towards 2.5
Just had a burger that was the special and a cider
Burger was nice, fries not the best and $10.25 ,for a cider is a bit steep for a hick bar, I wouldn't recommend this place for a relaxing drink.
The food in the restaurant was very good and fresh, took plater for 2 and the price was around 26 CAD. I recommend eating here.

10$ for a pint of beer and overly expensive boxed deep-fried food.
Ordered the platter for dinner with my husband for deliver. Hands down love the salt and vinegar wings. Cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Which seems hard to find. My issue was the dessert we ordered. One was the white chocolate brownie. It was a big chunk of completely undercooked brownie. I love white chocolate brownies they are my favorite so it was a disappointment. But I ended up baking it so it was delicious afterwards. I took a star off for the exact reason I had the bake the brownie. It would be wise to make sure your baked desserts are actually baked. I assume you may have been busy and just overlooked it as everything else was great.
When I first ate at The Den, it was great service, great value. This last time, though... $13.99 for a glass of beer? On the night of their wings special (Thursday), two orders of wings, a single glass of beer, plus tip brought the total to over $42. My coworkers and I have decided we won't be back. At Boston Pizza a night earlier (Wednesday); the same number of wings, a larger beer ("Boston size"), and the same tip percentage cost just over $35.

Decent service, not great food. I ordered wings as an appetizer and a steak. The steak came out quickly after eating only two wings and was akin to subpar camp food. Veggies served with the 36 dollar steak were steamed carrots and broccoli that looked as if they were from a frozen Costco bag. Potatoes were subpar and had the consistency of instant mashed potatoes, steak was decent enough. Honey hot wings were good and had decent proportions. For just the two items, no drinks, the bill came out to 56 dollars. Anna was a great server though. If you want food to remind you of an old camp cutting corners and costs this is the place to eat.

Update. They changed their wings, and they are better than ever. Good job

Great food at a great price. The burger and wings are by far the best in town. Highly recommend to try this pub out.
A lot of fun playing Darts, the food looked great.
So salty that was not even edible. Burger way too dry. Fries smoochy.
Food menu is kinda all over the place, but looks like some decent things. I had dry ribs which were above average. Also shared a Hawaiian pizza which was good. Few beers on tap, nothing abnormal. Not a ton of tvs, but they have a couple pool tables and dart boards.
the service here is great all though not the best mixologist they were willing to learn and great personalities. the chef needs more training...
