If you like elk it's good just order rare
This was not as expected when I looked it up online. The restaurant is several food services in one common place. There is a dedicated pizza oven and bread oven, a Middle Eastern counter for shwarma, kebabs and donair. A burger menu and an Italian menu with lots of pastas. As well, Cedar Bakery is on site with treats and ice cream. I was going to have pasta but after arriving opted for chicken kebab platter with spicy rice. It come with hummus, garlic sauce, salad, 2 large kebabs and fresh pita style bread. It was all good. The bread was soft and warm, chicken was hot and juicy. The rice was spicy so I would probably opt for white rice next time. Reminded me of restaurants in the Middle East. Atmosphere is very utilitarian but all we need is a clean table to eat at. I did see some pasta served, it looked good. Several pizzas went out on delivery or pickup and they looked OK too. Friend had chicken and beef shwarma and said it was good. Very substantial portions that could probably be shared if you also had an appetizer or were getting dessert. I will return.
The burgers at this restaurant are absolutely delicious, and the attentive service they provide is exceptional.
Garbage. $20 Chicken mushroom fet turned out to be oily noodles with rubbery chicken. No mushrooms. No mushroom sauce. No sauce of any kind, just oil with a sprinkle of parm. Oh, and 2 pieces of texas style garlic toast was 1 tiny slice from a baguette maybe?

The service at the Elk was amazing, but that was the highlight. The food was good, but far from amazing; the Elk steak was a little plain and the Elk burger was slightly dry. The rice was sort of dry as well, but the fries were pretty good but not unique in any way. The atmosphere presents more like a cafe than a sit down restaurant, but is clean and well spaced out. This place is reliable for a good meal, and I would consider going back.

Man. I am offended honestly. I got a mushroom burger and they charged me $4.50 to substitute for a greek salad, and they gave me the saddest most hurtin greek salad I have ever seen. Like 4 spoonfuls of greek salad. I will attach photos. How is this acceptable? Also? How is this $4.50 more than just fries!? How many fries do they give you?? 12????
Man, to hell with this place. Never again.
I cant imagine ever giving business to a so calles restaurant thats willing to stiff their customers like this. Unbelievable.

My first ever order, thinking it was a new spot in town, I ordered a burger and fries. Is this a takeout place? I just ordered on Skip. Wish I read the reviews, prior. Save your Money!

This place is probably ok, but we were looking for a dining experience where we could have a glass of wine in a more comfortable setting, so we decided to leave. This place does not serve alcohol and has more of a take out pizza vibe to it.
