Absolutely a disaster for breakfast service. Not enough staff Waited 15 minutes to get served Then waited 10 min for a tea, muffin and breakfast sandwich. One lady ahead if me walked out after her colleague came in to tell her forget it. Another lady had to out her coffees in her in tray (the online order line) even commenting " I must work here" I received my Tea and muffin but had to walk out without much sandwich lest I be late. The cashier didn't offer my money back when I said I was leaving and too be honest I didn't care. Just a hot mess poorly run business and customer service. Its breakfast service. Tim hortons downtown! You guys have the worst costumer service. I waited about 20 mins in the drive thru and I was about the 7th car! Then I asked for regular coffee but I got 2 creams and 3 sugars!!! This is not the first time! I'm sick and tired of coming back to get the right one! Almost 6 out of 10 times you guys have given me the wrong order! Can you please talk to your team about this? Thanks

Yikes. Noone speaks English in here. Really disrespectful to their fellow co-workers when they choose not to speak the same language. French or English are our national languages for good reason.
