There is no tim hortons here the Place is shut down here needs to be took off the map asap me and my grandpa walked down there and there's no time anywhere we asked a few people who we seen around and it wasn't there please fix this or open a tim hortons there this is unbelievable

Please update your hours to say permanently closed. It avoids out of town People driving around dark parking lots looking for a Tim hortons. There is one down the street. Way too many businesses in this town are 'permanently closed' and don't say so on google!

Tim’s in Fort mcmurray is a Hit or miss. The employees are international employees and I don’tKnow either they are sick of the job or just miserable. I’m guessing they don’t get paid enough to put in the full effort. Always miss something and food tastes old from the night before. They need to put more effort on the food if they’re gonna charging Starbucks prices. This morning I was missing my hash brown.

Absolutely a disaster for breakfast service. Not enough staff Waited 15 minutes to get served Then waited 10 min for a tea, muffin and breakfast sandwich. One lady ahead if me walked out after her colleague came in to tell her forget it. Another lady had to out her coffees in her in tray (the online order line) even commenting " I must work here" I received my Tea and muffin but had to walk out without much sandwich lest I be late. The cashier didn't offer my money back when I said I was leaving and too be honest I didn't care. Just a hot mess poorly run business and customer service. Its breakfast service. Common sense states it's a busy period. But w
