Food Safety Violation at Tim Hortons
I visited Tim Hortons today at around 4:50 PM and had a very unpleasant experience. One of the employees was not wearing gloves while closing and handling food, which is a clear violation of food safety and hygiene regulations. Wearing gloves is a basic requirement to ensure cleanliness and protect customers’ health.
When I politely mentioned this issue, the employee behaved rudely and even used abusive words in Filipino language, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer deserves to be spoken to in that manner.
I urge the management to look into this incident seriously, take appropriate disciplinary action, and reinforce proper food safety and customer service training for all staff members.
Tim Hortons has always been known for its quality and hospitality, and I hope steps are taken to ensure such behavior does not happen again.

I tried the veggie wrap at Tim Hortons and was pleasantly surprised — it’s fresh, flavorful, and perfectly satisfying! The veggies are well-cooked, the sauce adds great taste, and it’s a perfect light yet filling meal on the go. So glad Tim Hortons offers this tasty vegetarian option. it’s one of my new favorites!

I visited this Tim Hortons at 9701 Hardin St, Fort McMurray and was really disappointed with the service. I ordered an Everything Bagel toasted with butter and a Chai Tea triple triple, but the food was cold when I received it. The bagel didn’t feel freshly toasted at all, and it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. For a place that’s usually reliable, this was very disappointing. I hope they start paying more attention to food quality and serving items warm as expected.
