I order mobile when I'm on shift and trying to make good time to get out to site, this franchise keeps on disappointing me every time I go to pickup.
They leave ordered drinks out on the table, yet keep any ordered food behind the cashier where you have to sit and wait awkwardly while the cashier assists other people in line. There's times i've waited there 5 minutes which completely defeats the point of online ordering. There's also times I've waited 5+ minutes and my food hasn't even been made up picked from the service case.
Put the food out with the drinks, there's no need to do what you're doing now besides for pure inconvenience for both staff and customers. It isn't like this in Eagle Ride, and it drives me insane every single morning that you do this at this location specifically.
If I wanted to wait around and talk to a team member, I'd get in line and order from the cashier. Put your food WITH the drinks for online orders.

Order wrong every time. Staff horrible. I pay frequently with cash and cashier at the window at drive through always says money is âshortâ. They pocket the funds and when you tell them itâs correct - they recount it and all of a sudden itâs right. Very dishonest.

The place was busy, but the line moved fast. The staff were friendly and handled the rush well. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich, a boston cream donut, and a Double-Double coffee. Everything was fresh and hit the spot. The coffee was hot and strong, the sandwich was warm and filling, and the donut was soft and sweet.
The seating area was a bit crowded, but thatâs expected downtown during the morning rush. It was fairly clean, and I had no problem finding a spot to sit for a few minutes.
Overall, itâs a solid place to grab a quick meal or coffee if youâre in the area. Nothing fancy, but reliable and satisfying.

On occasion, thereâs a small wait in the drive-thru, but itâs nothing too long. I also appreciate that theyâre consistent with their qualityâwhether I visit in the morning or late afternoon, I know Iâll get a reliable cup of coffee.
One thing I would love to see improved is more seating inside, especially during rush hours. But other than that, itâs one of my go-to spots on Hardin Street!

Staff are courteous and kind to the best of their abilities with the wide range of customers I pretty well enjoy all my visits I feel sad at time's because of other's in store making fun of me as I am a handicapped adult but staff at this Tims location are in my opinion the BEST!!!!đâââââđ

I went to Tim Hortons to get my son's food., I ordered 3 dozen smiley cookies and drinks for his classmates. I was talking to someone and unfortunatley I didn't here that they calling me already. And they call me again thats when I heared my name. And I heard this 1 crew , (let's hide it in the name BENJAMIN,) saying , "we've been calling you , you deaf, you're not listeningâ . I know its my fault for not listening, but that was rude of him. And I asked him bout paper bag coz I have too many things on my hand, and he told me nothing right away w/o even looking for it.
