Bit too expensive for ok hotpot. Buffet was alright but overall doesn’t worth the money

Please add vegetarian or seafood options for broth, not everyone eats red meat

I have not had a bad experience. My partner and I love coming here and have been back many times. Myself being half asian and in the north I do miss authentic food and there isn’t a ton of Asian food options here. This place is somewhere that I can get Asian food if I don’t go to Edmonton. I love their broths and options. There is complimentary vanilla ice cream at the end of the meal too that goes with the service.

Will be back!! Always enjoy a meal here.

I waited a long time to eat hotpot in Fort Mc. Tin Tin hot pot did not disappoint me, the buffet has many choices and many delicious dishes. Come to try and you will come back?

Theeeee most amazing experience ever! Just took my son there for his birthday and we loved everything about the place. You pick your own broth in a hot pot on your table with built in burners and you pick your meat and seafood and vegetables so you can cook it yourself at your table

A cute robot brings your meat So cute! The food is super fresh and yummy! The place is super clean and cozy. Service was amazing! Love the decor too. Like big bird cages over big tables.
And to our surprise, my son got a little birthday cake and a present. Wow! Absolutely incredible!!!
Highly recommend it!
Not too crazy expensive but soooo worth it!!!

Just be aware if your going with a large family that if your not all ordering hot pot. You can not sit together.
Our children had to sit by themselves. As they ordered the buffet. We won't be going back as a large family. 4 adults and 3 kids. So disappointing

Very RUDE waitstaff (the short woman wear the glasses). Price $134 we pay cash$140 and I told her keep the change she said it’s ok and told the coins on the table. I went there many time so this is my last time. Food not bad but service

Tin Tin Hot Pot restaurant in Thickwood A big don’t go. Very rude waitstaff. Took my wife and Daughter for supper. Waitress took our order brought our drinks. Robot brings your food. Kinda kool. $134.90 for 3 people so its not cheap especially for a meal you cook yourself. Waitress never came back to see how we were doing. I tried several times to get her attention for a second beer that I never got. When I finally flagged her down for the bill I gave her $140.00 cash told her to keep the change. She didn’t earn a larger tip pretty much ignored us the whole time. She took the money went to counter and come back and threw the change at us on the table.
And no the place was not busy. I’ve worked for tips and she didn’t today was rude from the time we ordered.

I don’t recommend the restaurant. Food was not bad but not great. Seriously not worth the price.

40$ for bland broth and very little options for add ins. Would have been better and cheaper to find a nice pho place or something. Who wants to sit for 2 hours eating terrible buffet choices for 40$ a person. Not me
