Nicely greeted upon entering. A good number of people considering it was a Tuesday. Salad was very good. Would definitely have it again! Place was cold by the back windows. Service great-young lady laughed and talked yo us-very pleasant. Perhaps the staff should be more informed about such things, or maybe it was just our server, who knows.

Nice building with nice staff. The menu seems to lean towards Italian eats ie: pizza and pasta. They push their pizza side of the menu for sure. I had the rib starter plate and a BBQ chicken pizza. The rib pieces were mostly good, I know it bills them as crispy ribs, and well, crispy skin clinging to small pieces of rib bone might be a better way to describe the dish. beautiful

Although on a menu that would take too many non appetizing words to describe the underwhelming dish. It has potential mind you, much like a young Micheal J Fox before he got the Parkinson's. It had tasty BBQ sauce and two whole sprigs of cilantro (disclaimer: I'd punch your sister for more cilantro on any of my food. must try it

Myself & my wife visits TownHall on regular basis. The service has gotten really bad last couple of months.

Right away, the service was friendly and fast. It was a nice atmosphere. No loud music or irritating patrons at next table. The food was amazing. Try the dry ribs.

Food is really good. We love coming here for brunch. But I've been served by Chelsea twice and I really try to avoid sitting in her section! She's very judging. Like I get the nastiest dirtiest up and down looks from a this girl. I feel like I'm in high school! The new girl is really nice Keri I think.

Awesome selection of draft beers on tap. Big Rock Traditional on tap today.

Have tried this place several times over the past 2 years, last night will be the final attempt for us. Service is consistently non-existent, only 5 tables occupied at happy hour last night ( a Friday night no less , Maybe a sign of a problem here?), 3 servers standing at the bar chatting when we walked in, no one came to see us for over 20 minutes. Drink order took way too long, she had to make 2 trips to get it right (then overcharged us after the fact). Server did apologize for taking so long, said she was having a bad day (all about her I guess). A minor request for substitution by one of our guests (salad instead of starch) became a big kerfuffle requiring the manager to intervene to clarify what she was asking for? Food itself was ok, nothing to rave about. Weekend brunch seems to the only redeeming feature here, good selection of items and great, cheap Mimosas. More servers on weekends as well it seems. This place needs better managerial oversight and more training about basic customer service, which is unfortunately lacking at most venues here in the MAC. Sad situation. Overall give this place a D-.

Very disappointed in town hall. Was not greeted, sat for 15 minutes and had to go to the bar to even get a drink. Then the bartender tells us that the section we sat at was closed, no heads up from anyone. When we moved tables it took forever for a waitress to come over. No hello and just left the table in the middle of ordering and went to another table. Very poor service.

Very disappointed in the lack of/no service! We booked a booth, got seated at a table reserved for someone else, final got a booth and no one came and to serve us and this is after 20 minutes of our arrival. Walked out and had an awesome "Valentine's dinner" at Urban Kitchen. Glad we walked out! You can't operate successful restaurant, when customers are not served!

I didn't actually try any food or drinks, as after I sat down and turned on my laptop, I discovered they do not have wifi. I am in town a few days per week for work, and I always check emails during dinner. I had leave and go to 57 North (which is really good).
