The food always tastes decent. But its 50/50 if they A, took your order right, B, the cook read your order right or C, had headset dude talk over you in the middle of your order in the drive through, asking about combos after you clearly stated sandwich/sandwich only.

Ask for no pickles, you probably getting pickles and no tomato. Ask for no lettuce you probably got lettuce no cheese.

Staff is always super friendly. They offer to fix every mistake. It just happens with a frequency thats astounding.

Order takers, turn your headphones up and use your listening ears. Cooks should get eye exams to read the order screen.

Get your service standards up to your food standards because your burgers beat every other fast food even with the continuous screw ups.

I don't understand for the life of me how you can screw up our order every single time we order from there. It's not rocket science, you're literally reading off a screen and making the food it tells you no schooling required. Maybe if you hired people who speak and understand English you'd have better reviews. Terrible service

Food is fantastic, when you get it. I've used the app to redeem points twice now on fries and did not recieve them either time. Besides this I don't have complaints, but it takes the rating down quite a bit.

i usually go through drive thru but today i decided to go inside, and i'm disappointed. i came in to order and when i got there, the person at the till was holding a child. i waited a few minutes for the parents of said child to come back (they seemed to be friends or know the cashier somehow) and when they did, the worker passed the child over the counter. after the child walked across the counter, it was not wiped down. afterwards, i still had to wait a few minutes before i could order, even though there was no line and i could see someone behind the counter on their phone. i enjoy coming to wendys here and there for a quick bite, but after this experience that likely wont happen again
