Generally one of our favorite places to go when we think of Asian food or even some classic poutine. We've had great experience in multiple franchises in alberta with the quality of food served and service but unfortunately that dint apply with this location. Since we moved here we ordered for both dine in & take out handfull of times and had only one good experience.Briefly on dine in apparently this location still serves customes in take out boxes which is odd and the only Location we've experienced to do this.Now let's dive in on our take out experiences. One of our favorite dish on the menu is poutines, you might think not since it being an asian restaurant but think twice and give it a go they make it fresh to order with hot gravy( vegetarian) and curds it's one of the best we've had in fast food restaurants.But it's not the same at this location, I've witnessed the employee putting our poutine in microwave I'm assuming to melt the frozen cheese curds which I'm sure isn't the right way to thaw them out before serving them on the dish and yesterday as you can see in the photos the quantity being served is far less than their portion size. There's barely any fries or curds we drove back to the store and asked that we get our money back but apparently that's the right quantity which is served everything and that they don't give your money back no matter how bad they serve you and neither do they know about any deals promoted, fry day deals which is 10% off on wings, poutine, tenders but apparently the pos can't apply it here neither the free item that your supposed to get if you spend more than $35.It's not a to blame on the employee, it's extremely hard to manage the whole store ALONE! Especially with the quarenteed serving time of 12 mins. The owner put quality of food and service being served at the least of thier interest.We won't be going to this franchise anymore and if your trying out this restaurant for the first time I would highly recommend that you go to a different location so you get the authentic experience.

Super duper good food. I always get an extra sumo order for lunch the next day and it still tastes delicious. 10/10 would recommend

Food is fine enough foe the price but the gentleman working all the time is so unfriendly it makes me not want to come at all. Looks angry and annoyed every time an order is placed. Please get friendlier staff, for the love of God.

Wow that place needs to be shut down. Had a craving for a quick pad Thai.. probably the most DISGUSTING thing I have ever eaten. The place is broken down, old and very dirty. The noodles were all clumped and cold at the bottom of the box. The "rest" of the dish was NOT pad Thai at all. Sauce was thick and grey colored and the smell was revolting. Give this place a miss and hopefully it closes! Horrible experience. I would post a photo but didn't want to make anyone else sick!

Very poor service. Got my order wrong twice, corrected twice and still messed it up? the rice is mushy, no sprouts hoisin, lime or hot sauce with the "pho" that had half cooked noodles?Makes wok box in edmonton look like fine diningEdit** just found random @$$ noodle in my rice dish.

Got dinner last week for my family and regretted it. I initially thought the place was closed as there was only 1 light on in the whole place at the cashiers. The vegetables were over cooked in my Dan Dan and so was the noodles. The Pad Thai didn't taste anything like one...and I've eaten quite a few in my life. Overall very unsatisfied with the quality of food I got for the money spent.

Previously Have eaten here a few times and it was pretty good, but i won't go back. this time i went the guy seemed disappointed to have a customer, gave me old congealed noodles with maybe 1/5th of the usual meat and barely any veggies and it was missing some ingredients! highly disappointed! doesn't take much to lose a customer when there's so many other choices, a business should strive to make all meals and customer experiences equal and when there's the chance your food might not be of a fair quality why take the chance**edited originally i gave it 2 stars because i was still going to continue to eat it and broth for wonton soup was pretty good even tho the wonton sucked, but when iwent to eat more of it was terrible, i ate 10% couldnt stand to eat anymore and found 2 hairs. Total waste of money I would stear clear
Lots of choices for noodles or rice with sauce of your choice. Not many veggies in the final dish sadly.

I mean, no need to have high expectations. Its just cheap eats. One thing for certain, if it is the last bit of meat in the pan, probably don't get them. In general, I think it was not bad for the price. I was there a couple of times, ordered salt and pepper rib, some beef and sweet and sour pork. To be honest, it wasn't bad at all. I would return again for sure.
