Cosmic Pizza & Donair and Crispy's Chicken - Fort Saskatchewan

Placed an order at 9:00pm Saturday night. Hours say open till midnight. About 1hr after ordering, “live updates” online showed “out for delivery”. No showed. Can’t get through via phone. They send you to VM after 3-4 rings. I waited 2hrs on good faith someone was coming but nothing. Someone on the other end has to be “processing” the orders but clearly isn’t actually doing anything. Tried calling 5-6 times. This is the only bad review I think I have taken the time to write. I love supporting local small business and Cosmic had my favourite pepperoni pizza in town. Unfortunately I will no longer be spending my money here and I will advise my friends and family to do the same. Shame.

Can i go negative stars??? I'm pretty sure this place is closed down. I placed an order online. It was confirmed and on route. I waited ½ hour after it was supposed to have a arrived. Called 10+ times, no answer. 2+ hours after initial order was made, we're ordering something else. There is no indication on the website or voice mail that theyre closed. Thanks for wasting our time. 👍

Our experience was really disappointing. We placed an online order for a 5:00 p.m. pickup, but the restaurant called us at 4:00 p.m. asking us to come get the pizza an hour early, which completely threw off our plans. We ordered 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 gluten free Hawaiian, and 1 regular donair with extra sauce. The pepperoni was reportedly good, however the gluten free was unfortunately completely inedible. The crust was unbelievably hard and brittle, so much so that I genuinely felt like I might chip a tooth trying to bite into. The donair was … subpar. Not only was the extra sauce not included, it was quite dry all together.

I would not recommend online ordering as it seems the time details are over looked. And, if a gluten free pizza is required, do not order from here.

Pizza is so dry, couldn’t even taste the sauce. Shawarma platter was just a few tiny bits of hard crisped chicken which has obviously been sitting in a warmer all day, plain white rice and some iceberg lettuce. Seriously. No seasoning, no flavour, no dressing. First and last order from here

I would say “Best Donair in the town”, and also tried the crispy chicken It was better than anywhere I have had. Also smart staff who know how to handle multiple customers at a time even in the busy time..

“Absolutely disgusting. The pizza tasted like it was made in a dumpster. The crust was soggy, the sauce was watery, and the toppings smelled like they’d been sitting out in the sun for days. Found a hair baked into the cheese—God knows what else might’ve been in there. The place was filthy, with crumbs and grease stains everywhere. Staff looked like they hadn’t showered in weeks and acted like serving us was a chore. I wouldn’t feed this garbage to a stray dog. Shut this place down.”
