Why was there only 1 employee scheduled for 6pm on a Friday night? Poor girl had a lineup of 5 people and skip waiting patiently for her while she worked by herself. It took over 10 minutes just to have my order taken and I'm not faulting the employee on this one. Shame on management for setting the team up for failure

My husband and I adore the wonderful people at this store. Just about every time we eat out, we choose Mucho and the food is consistently delicious, the staff is--without fail--always so kind and accommodating (when I ask for lots of burrito sauce and sour cream they ALWAYS deliver, hehehe).

Please, if you can't afford to tip, you can't afford to eat out. These wonderful people deserve it--if not for the delicious food they make--for how kind they...
