Made a pre-order on Skip the Dish, to be delivered between 7pm-7:30pm, when I got home from work.
The restaurant confirmed my order on Skip and then didn't bother to make it to have delivered at the requested time.
They didn't make it at all. I finally had to chat with Skip about it, as the restaurant couldn't even be bothered to reach out to me.
Very, VERY poor customer service.
