We went through the drive thru this morning and placed a small order. At the window I asked to confirm if it was our order in the bag, the staff at the window said that it was but when we got out of the drive thru it was not even close. Quality control is very poor here the staff need to be more conscious of what they are handing out the window.

Excellent service for food. The staff does a great job. This location has a large group over 20 customers that gather and socialize for a majority of the day quite often. So it's so loud it's difficult to focus or have a conversation with someone. The other locations in Fort Saskatchewan do not have this problem.
