Worker was very polite, however I’ve been in the drive thru for going on 35 minutes now and counting for one meal…. And it’s not very busy. Good thing I didn’t have anywhere to be urgently 😳

This location sucks , manager doesn’t take care of the store , at least an hour for service anytime I’ve whent and the manager is rude as well … when you’re sign says 10 pm you shouldn’t close your store at 9:30 especially when their are orders placed just because you don’t know how to time manage . Ridiculous…

Besides the first class service the food on 5he other hand wasn't. It not a privilege to but your franchise name. In fact it is a privilege to have my business and hard earned money to keep you in business. I haven't visited your establishments in a long time unt8l a month ago. The service wax excellent the food was fresh and the standard to be expected. I went again expecting the same. It wasn't. The chicken must have been sitting out for the entire afternoon because it was so dry and tough it was inedible. Eating some fast food on a Friday is special treat for families. you ruined it. I had to get take out from another restaurant. When will you learn? I suppose that is why restaurants like yours are going out of business. I tried, but I will not spend my money on something that is a gamble.

I had the chicken sandwich , from the first bite I could tell something wasn't right , didn't have the famous crunch and taste as other Popeyes , I was turned off but sadly was hungry and powered through . Long story short explosive diarrhea and felt nauseous that evening and carried over to the next day . Family member had the chicken strips and had the same issues but worse , this place has ruined chicken sandwiches for me and my family and will leave a long and lasting impression. I thought they were a step above KFC but this placed has made me change my view . Order was placed March 11th around 6ish
