Visited March 24, 2024 at about 6:45pm. There was one young lady doing garbage and she didn't wash her hands before touching the till or touching my kids food. Also, she appeared to be the only one working - there were 4 teens in the back talking but they weren't doing anything while this one young woman did everything else. I'll stick to Savey's for ice cream for now on.

Came through the drive thru, ordered my meal which came to $11.95 and I gave them $20. After I left I was already half hour out& I realized I did not get my change back. The cashier girl was sweet but her and another employee were goofing around with the orders which may have caused her to forget my change. I called the store and they said they had no extra money in the till & it says the change was given back to me… I didn’t call cause I got my change., I called cause I did NOT get my change. I gave her $20 and should have gotten $8 back. I wouldn’t be upset over a couple dollars but $8 is something I would like to have back.I live in Edmonton and was just passing through. Safe to say I won’t be back

My family and I came in during the gibbons garage sale , and it was packed. But the staff there did such a good job during the rush ( we had to wait a while but didn’t mind) . Thumbs up to all the staff, especially the young man up front who was running back and forth from the tables and calling out the orders, great job!

I typically love the burger meal deal (previously $7) but the price recently went up to $8 and the quality and size went way down. Used to be such a big burger piled with fresh toppings that we'd joke that it is rare to get something that actually looks like the advertising photo, but it did! Now the toppings are sad and minimal, and the whole thing is about the height of a $1 menu McD's burger.They forgot to give us cups for our soda and I didn't realize until we'd drive down the street. Not a big deal, my niece didn't really need the sugar, but I did pay for it so it's frustrating. (Yes, I should have realized this before leaving the restaurant...it was a long day and I wasn't paying attention.)The staff was friendly. The fries were good. Better than driving home to make lunch, I guess.
