Good customer service. Food is fresh, good and was served quickly. I enjoyed eating because of good ambiance. I can feel the Christmas spirit because of the cute and lovely Christmas decorations. That's why my husband and my kids loves eating at A@W always and I would love to refer it also to some of my friends.

This is a poor A&W. Their customer service is one of the worst that I have experienced from Grande Prairie, from long wait times to place an order when there is no one in the drive thru to begin with, to waiting 7-10 minutes for food that they make you go sit in a stall for, even if your food was ready they’d make you go park in a stall and bring it to you. Poor representation of A&W, and if you go 400m away there’s a better one.

Lady charged me Extra .75cents under a open misc scale when i asked maple syrup with coffee. Maple syrup is like free when they put in system it charges no cost. But she did under open misc scale. it means A&w charges nothing but they want extra charity money for their store. Diesnt make sense to me at all

After living in the United States for many years and now coming home to Canada I have to say the quality of food at A&W and many other places is way better. But A&W is exceptionally good.

Got here at 11:50pm and lady said dine in is closed and refused to serve me. When i said it’s 10 minutes left for closing and you have to serve me then she said only chicken left and we can only serve the leftovers now. I ordered chicken buddy burger but the chicken was cold not fresh and they didn’t use gloves while making sandwich. As a trucker this was the only option left for me but expecting for future they can do little better.

I stood at the counter in plain sight of the lady running the drive-thru to be ignored for three drive-thru vehicles. Has our society fallen so far that we only cater to the lazy? Pretty sad.
