We went trough the Drive thru at the location in Grande Prairie near the airport. We were helped by Dom who was super nice and brought our order to the car.

Got here at 11:50pm and lady said dine in is closed and refused to serve me. When i said it’s 10 minutes left for closing and you have to serve me then she said only chicken left and we can only serve the leftovers now. I ordered chicken buddy burger but the chicken was cold not fresh and they didn’t use gloves while making sandwich. As a trucker this was the only option left for me but expecting for future they can do little better.

I stood at the counter in plain sight of the lady running the drive-thru to be ignored for three drive-thru vehicles. Has our society fallen so far that we only cater to the lazy? Pretty sad.

Went through the drive thru, when I got to the window no hello no eye contact just put the pin pad out the window lower than my car window. Then continued talking with coworker, and when my food was done again no eye contact no have a great day no words were spoken to me once. Extremely disappointed in the service will not go back there.

Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order for pick up. Went to go pick it up they said I had the wrong store and that they phoned the other store and they hadn't either and after I showed them my receipt they still pretty much called me a thief and a liar. Very horrible service and racist I think. Won't be going back to that place ever again.

There is no way proud Canadians work here being that they keep hard working people that work on the Riggs waiting and hungry waited 20 minutes for a meal but had to walk out didn't even bother getting the money back should be ashamed.
I come from Edmonton, and this place is honestly 200% better than any location there. The restaurant was the cleanest I’ve ever seen, inside and outside. Apart from the amazing and friendly staff, the food and table service were fantastic. The onion rings were thick, hot, crispy and well seasoned. The burger was juicy with fresh toppings and not over-sauced. And the root beer was classically served in a frosted glass, of which I’ve never had before!
20/10, will definitely be back for more.
