I had a wonderful experience at Arby’s. There was a young man named Santos. As an elderly person, I was touched by how kind, patient, and respectful he was, something you don’t often see these days. The food was delicious, but what stood out most was Santos’s kindness and genuine care. Thank you, Arby’s, for having such a thoughtful employee — he truly made my day.

Went through the drive through and asked for a second to figure out what I wanted and got harassed 3 times about what can they get for me. Very disrespectful and Crappy service. He kept asking me what I wanted after I told him numerous of times to give me a second.

I don't know what happened to the quality staff from years ago. But getting the Greek loaded curly fries and it missing the meat, the onion, and being given no fork is just unprofessional. Not to mention the beef and cheddar was missing half of the meat. All for way too much money. You have to try to be this incompetent. This location has gone downhill. I will not be going again and will no longer be recommending this spot to anyone

Great food and phenomenal service. Our server Dhairya especially was super helpful and kind--helping walk us through different options for our order. Also thanks for including all the Arbys sauce I could hope for in my takeout order last time! Would definitely eat here again :) Thanks Dhairya!

Arby's is one of the few Fast Foods I miss, since I moved to Australia.
And the Grande Prairie restaurant is quick and well serviced with impeccable cleanliness. It's one of my first stops every time I come back to Canada.
Vegetarian options: Hahahah. No.
Dietary restrictions: Take your pretentious nonsense someplace else.
