I was really disappointed with my visit to Barburrito. One of the staff members was clearly sick and had a runny nose while handling food. It’s not acceptable, especially when working around customers and meals. Very unhygienic and unprofessional.i vist there yesterday for lunch.

Let me be crystal clear — this was, without question, the worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
My wife and I came in around 9 PM on October 9th, 2025, expecting the same solid experience we’ve always had. Instead, we got treated like an inconvenience by the woman working that night — a heavier-set lady who looked and acted like she’d rather be anywhere else on Earth.
From the second we walked in, her attitude was disgusting — rolling her eyes, sighing, slamming things around like we ruined her night just by ordering food. No smile, no basic courtesy, just straight-up hostile energy.
Then came the order — and she absolutely wrecked it. • Forgot the sauce for my quesadilla (even after asking me which one multiple times). • Didn’t include the sour cream that’s standard. • And get this — she completely forgot the shrimp in my wife’s burrito, which was the entire protein. When she realized, she didn’t fix it properly — she unwrapped the burrito, shoved the shrimp in cold, and drowned it in sauce, turning it into a soggy, sloppy mess like she did it out of spite.
This wasn’t an accident. This was a trainwreck of attitude, laziness, and zero pride in her work. The food was ruined, the vibe was ruined, and the whole experience screamed, “I don’t give a damn about my job or your order.”
And yeah — I tipped her out of habit. Big mistake. She didn’t deserve a single cent of it.
We’ve been loyal customers for years, but after this, that loyalty is gone. If this is who management is putting on the front line, you can count us out. No customer should be treated like that — ever.
I’m not just disappointed — I’m straight-up angry. If anyone in management actually cares about their business, they’ll find out who was on shift that night, retrain or replace her, and make this right — because this experience just killed your reputation with two regulars.
