Booster Juice

Horrible experience. Came in for my birthday to get the free drink and was told by both of the young girls working that they could not do it at their store. They were extremely rude and were not understanding of the situation. I have come years and years for my birthday and it’s never been an issue.

We came in with a large group of athletes… the staff were so so friendly and patient with the kids. They made each of our drinks so quickly and still had time to ask them about their sport. 10/10 would recommend!

As usual this booster juice did not disappoint. Barrista helped me by answering some questions and offered suggestions .

Public washrooms locked . Shouldn’t they be accessible to purchasing customers ? I inquired, their washrooms are not broken but still not available for paying customer ?

Prices are out of control 10$ for blended fruit n ice is getting carried away, I'm not surprised it's empty when I go in. I've used booster since it's first shop in Vancouver and they removed the best smoothie. "The a marathon" bring it

You can't order pickup for this location for some reason, but this location is still open!

Routinely locks the doors before posted closing times. That’s a shame…

Bad attitude and incorrect hours of operation

Came in Monday evening and the only worker was very busy pressing several fresh orange juice for the many customers ahead of me. She handled it like a pro, working fast and politely and followed it up by taking my modded order perfectly. Great job Catherine!

The ONLY reason I’m giving it a three is cause my customer service was super awesome. As someone with autism however, finding out my safe foods constantly getting removed from menus is getting tiring. Orangsicle was a STAPLE. Same with all bbq chicken products.I am not the only person upset with this change! Bring it back!!

I just went to this booster juice and not only was the guy very rude and ignorant that is working but refused to give me my drink after I said I did not like it.Politeness goes along way and I will never go back to this location as they are very rude. And when asked for the manager was told I didn't need one.
