Booster Juice

We had a disappointing experience here. Today (Sept. 23/25) when we came in, we were ignored, and the man working today wasn’t friendly at all. Ignored us when we said thank you after he made our drinks. What stood out even more was that when another customer came in, he was suddenly very warm and friendly, which made us feel singled out and unwelcome. As people of color, it was uncomfortable and disheartening to be treated differently. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

Very inconsistent despite always having the same order, always water consistency.

Great smoothie. Asked for blueberries in a drink that didn't have blueberries and they had no problem helping me out! Great Employee too.

Just placed an order through skip for 3 smoothies. They forgot to add banana to a funky monkey with mocha (key ingredient) and forgot all 3 straws. Called and spoke with a girl who said she couldn’t fix the drink or the straw issues. And that I could call her manager “but like she’s really busy so”. In what business is a manager to busy for customer service? Oh the Kateri Booster juice. For the future, simply offering to fix the drink and give the appropriate amount of straws would be suffice… will now have to literally call a further booster juice to get it done properly.

I'm starting to wonder if the manager at this location abuses their employees. They clearly hate their job. The young lady working this morning would not acknowledge anyone and had a glare on her face as she tossed and slammed her work materials. A customer walked out. Staff at this location make Art the Clown look warm and inviting.

I was told to pick up free smoothie coupons from this location after a really poor experience and the owner did not follow through and leave them. I do not recommend using any of the booster juices in GP as they’re all owned by the same person who hires rude and disrespectful employees and doesn’t maintain kitchen cleanliness.

The staff there are very young, this should not matter however it appears that they were never taught manners or how to speak to people. We were treated very rudely and dismissively. Apparently there is only one type of Quesadilla in the world and yes it does have chicken!

Said they were open until 10 but closed before 9

Awesome customer service. Went above & beyond!

Very rude service. They charged me $8 for a juice and not even got a full cup for that. It was only less than a half cup and the girl who was working there was very rude.

They didnt change their hours on google. They shut down at 8:30pm so the teenagers can clean up and go home by 9

juicer has been down for weeks. waited 40 minutes in line (only 2 people ahead of me) just for them to tell me they are out of kale (the only thing i wanted), and juicer is still not fixed.
