On thursday november 13 I had made a delivery order that they said would take 30 minutes. after waiting an hour I had called again, was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told the order was ready and they would call the delivery driver and have the order coming. 30 minutes later I called again as the order still hadn’t came and they informed me they had to remake an order and they were sorry and put a credit under my name. 30 minutes after that we had finally gotten our order (2hrs later). today we went to make another to go order and use are credit and they informed us they only credited us for one item. ridiculous to only credit us one item for a 2 hour wait.

the floor by the south windows is slanted, you sit noticeable slanted and is kind of uncomfortable. food is always good, staff is always great, very friendly. they do need taller high chairs for the booths, you have to reach down to feed you kid as they are eye level with the bottom of the table almost

We made a reservation for Cinderella and they had everything set up nicely. Manager was at the front greeting customers with a smile and our server Emma was very fast and friendly. Food was spot on. We love coming here and even more now that they do these fun events! My kids talk about BPs all the time! New owners and new management are shaping that place up nicely. Great deals on beer, and sangria is made perfect every time.

Mediocre at all levels called the store 10h30pm and the person I got on line told they don't accept customer after 11pm..so why you post business hours til midnight? It can tell why no one is there..You better shut it down! Less than 0 at all levels !

Stood at the front for 10 minutes. The restaurant had 10 or more empty tables. The host was bringing food from the pass thru out to tables (multiple trips, different tables) and did not stop to greet us on any return trip. The manager working in the pass thru looked at us a few times but never came up front. Got seated and sat for 15 minutes with no one coming. No server ever came to the front section in that time. Other tables that were there before us still had menus on their tables. We choose to leave.

I’ve given this restaurant in Grande Prairie, on both sides of the city numerous visits. Believe they are under new management. It’s fair to say they were really understaffed. Girl was alone on the bar side. Once “help” came it was even more chaos, Just shouldn’t have had to wait 30 mins for drinks, over an hour and a half for food, missing one pizza and bringing the appy with them mains. Couldn’t get a refill on drinks until we were finished eating. When there are play off sports on you should better staff!

Great atmosphere but just had very slow and bad service my food was over cooked and they didn't even bring me a fork or ask if we wanted refills nothing felt very ignored here in the lounge
Food was reasonable but not what we're used to from BP. Servers looked a bit frazzled as the room was fill off guests. There should have been more staff available.

Normally I had good experiences with this location but we just ordered food and were given a time. We call them 30 minutes after the food was supposed to arrive. We were told that the food hadn't even left the restaurant. I will not be ordering from them again.

Our server was awesome, the restaurant was so very busy it was almost chaotic. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or something as it seemed there was only one server with almost a full restaurant. We ordered the platter with Thai bites, cactus cut potatoes and Bandera bread. I am so happy that is finally a platter and it was delicious!

Well we just ate at Bps. The staff is a disaster. No host/hostesseasily 90% of the time we were there. I watched multiple people from the back eventually come out to seat ppl. The manger took a waitress to task in front of everyone. And it seemed like no one knew where or what they were supposed to be doing. My daughters drink didnt come out until after the food. If not for our amazing waitress Kaitlyn (hope i spelled correctly) who saved the meal by being an absolute delight and working hard to keep us good. Only to be stuck there waiting to pay while the computer konked out.
If you go. I hope you get seated with Kaitlyn
