Extremely frustrating experience. 15 minutes to even see a server, after I asked a young fella to get her. She asked for our drinks and took our order. Drinks come within 5 minutes. Food- another 35 minutes later, again after about 25 minutes I asked a different younger boy that was cleaning a table if he could check on the food for us as the server had been nowhere in sight since taking our order. Food came about 15 minutes after the boy had told us it should be out “soon”. We waited all that time to get cold food. We watched multiple families come in and leave without having food, some even without drinks due to the lack of service. This was by far the absolute worst experience and service I had ever received. I complained to the manager at the end and was told staff was new and take out was busy so that’s where her attention was all night. Clearly this store needs better training and support as everyone looked lost and nobody seemed to know what was going on. Not one person looked happy at all in the restraunt and you could feel the tension from everyones frustration.

Made a reservation 2 hrs before our time wanted but still waiting after 2hrs past our reservation. Staff unable to accommodate our family meanwhile another larger family came in and they dat down right away . Not very professional towards customer.

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as our birthday celebration at Boston Pizza was a huge letdown. We chose your restaurant for a special occasion, but everything went wrong. Our server seemed overwhelmed and kept forgetting parts of our order—from a main dish to water and even the garlic toast for a pasta. The wait for a cold spinach dip was also far too long. To top it all off, the pizzas were ruined by way too much sauce, which killed any chance of enjoying our meal. The entire experience was a big disappointment. The poor service and food truly spoiled what was supposed to be a memorable birthday.

Went in expecting a nice dinner with coworkers but unfortunately had the most incompetent server imaginable.not only was she incredibly slow but didn’t even bother ringing in my food so not only did I have to wait an extremely long time just for a simple appetizer but we had to send a dish back because it was ice cold. Normally one of my favourite restaurants dine in but the new owners seem to have tanked this one.

Walked in to every table dirty, server sat us then sprayed and wiped it right infront of us. Service was overall good until we got to our food. Pasta was great but the pizza was awful. We had to slices gone because we were starving but couldn’t eat anymore because it was terrible. She had no intentions of giving a slight discount or getting us a new pizza. Overall was a dirty place with overpriced food!
