Ordered a lasagna on skip the dishes No meat, literally none at all Noodles, sauce and cheese. Italians would be disappointed. Idiots!

I was going to leave a review yesterday, but decided not to. Brought my son for supper. Ordered the chicken club with a Caesar salad. Took a super long time to get our food. My salad was hot, it was so gross, and the sandwich was so soggy I only ate about 1/4 of it. It was at 6 pm yesterday, and I threw up every 3 hours all night and day until about 5 pm today. My waitress was incredible, so I kinda looked the other way but this isn't her fault. Pathetic excuse for a kitchen,

abysmal portion sizes if you order delivery! They have the balls to give you half the portion size but charge a delivery fee and always manage to forget at least one part of your order

I’m really disappointed with the customer service at Bostan Pizza. I’ve been waiting for the last 7 to 8 minutes, and no one has come to assist me. The staff is just ignoring me as if I’m not even there. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Definitely not coming back here again.

The place seemed quite understaffed, and the servers struggled to keep up. However, the waitress and the front desk attendant went above and beyond, doing their best and showing genuine apologies for any delays.
Walked in the door with my husband and infant, we waited approximately 10 minutes before being acknowledged by any staff. She said that she'd clear off a booth and it would just be a couple of minutes. The booth was cleared off and wiped and we continued to wait for another 10 minutes while watching the staff rearrange the tables from the large party that had left. Multiple staff members had walked past us standing at the door and not one acknowledged us. Not worth the wait to receive crappy service so we walked out.
