The place seemed quite understaffed, and the servers struggled to keep up. However, the waitress and the front desk attendant went above and beyond, doing their best and showing genuine apologies for any delays.
The family and I (2 small kids, 3 and 5) usually come to Westgate BP’s every few months for dinner. We usually all enjoy it. Last night, June 25 we went for an early dinner. Last night the experience was amazing. The meals were all hot, tasty and the pizza was cooked perfectly! The best part was the staff. They were all welcoming and friendly.
