The place seemed quite understaffed, and the servers struggled to keep up. However, the waitress and the front desk attendant went above and beyond, doing their best and showing genuine apologies for any delays.

I recently dined at Boston Pizza with the Family, and had a moderately satisfactory experience. While the ambiance was pretty much like every other BP and the staff friendly, I found the overall dining experience to be average.
