Terrible experience. BP was busy on a Saturday night so delays were to be expected. However, we sat in the lounge for over an hour without anyone coming with menus or taking drinks orders. We stopped waitresses 3 times and they never came back. Would never go back!

I took a group of 8 people here for birthday dinner yesterday. I asked the staff to sing Happy Birthday, first round was ignored, after asking the second time the waitress said she would get her staff. She came back saying “everyone was too busy”. Basically, they just didn’t want to. At Montana’s they are never too busy. Gonna go somewhere else next time.

I would avoid this place. Under new management does not relate to better service or quality. On three occasions, I have ordered from Boston Pizza three times from 12117 100st Grande Prairie. The three times were in the last half of 2025. Each time there was issues.
1st time never brought out my wife’s dinner at a birthday celebration. 2nd time the order was placed online but overdue by an hour from the expected time for pick up. The last time was on December 14th. I made another order online, but this time they gave the order away.
After speaking with a supervisor, she stated a manager would call me the following day to try remedy this most recent event. No one called. I waited 5 days, and nothing.
Just avoid this location. Poor communication, poor management, and poor customer service.
Best thing about there location is there are other restaurants nearby that are willing to take care of their customers.

The service was really horrible, ordered our drinks and took about 20 mins to get it. Got our 2 large pizzas and didn't bother giving us plates or napkins, we had to go to the front and request them. Never did they bother to come check on us or offer refills on our drinks, again had to go up to the counter to get a waiter. I over heard the table next to us Complaining about the horrible service they were getting. Paid walked out and to find vomit all over the front door outside, disgusting.

I don’t normally post negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. I ordered dinner for my kids and myself and was served food that I did not order. After informing the waitress, it took about 10 minutes before the same plate was brought back, still with the wrong food. This shows a clear lack of care and attention.

I ended up feeding my kids, paying for their meals, and even paying for an item I never ordered. Based on this experience, it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. The consistent pattern in other Google reviews reflects ongoing issues that management has failed to address. I hope this feedback prompts serious action, but as it stands, I won’t be returning to this location.

me and my friend went for lunch and we came in and all the girls were sitting and weren’t welcoming. found a hair in my food and still had to pay full price. servers are not attentive and overall it was a awful experience. won’t be back

The family side was almost empty when we went there. Took over an hour and some to get our food. My friend had to pack her food to go because it took so long. My good was gross, the poutine was just shredded mozzarella and gravy. Our waitress just ignored us, and the person who brought the food was the one who got us cutlery which we had to ask for we were not served appetizer plates either. Even the person who brought out the food was the person to take our payment. Honestly the food was so gross and the service was so bad, I never write bad reviews but I am shocked at how horrible that experience was. We didn't even order anything crazy, I got tacos served cold. We had to ask multiple times when the food was coming.

The food was fine. Just like any other BP, but they really need to work on their customer service.
I brought my staff their for a lunch and the 6 of us got sat down at a decent table, but we may have gotten the least attentive server in the place. There were maybe 6 tables in the whole place and she rarely came to our table. Someone who appeared to be the manager brought our utensils and drinks, the ice teas were watered down, found out later that their machine wasn’t functioning properly.
She was friendly enough when she did show up but she missed the mark a few times. She forgot to order one of our meals, she did remove one salad from the bill to make up for it. Had I not gotten up to get her attention I don’t think she would have ever noticed.
We will be back but just wanted to give honest feedback.

I booked a reservation 5 days ago and it was for 25 people I had a dinner planned with my staff and when I was booking they said it’s confirmed but then Forgot to put our reservation down and I talked to a general manager for the reservation and they didn’t even try to accommodate us or help even though it was there mistake and the girls at the counter were so rude and never tried to help us. I will never ever go there. Literally worst experience.
