I went in for takeout and this guy Sam, who coincidentally has the same name as me, gave me the best service I've ever recieved in 40 years of living. When I took my food home it was warm and very good as if I was eating within the restaurant still! Thanks for the great experience!

Awful. We ordered online and what was supposed to take 40mins for delivery took almost 2hrs. Our food was ready in about 30mins, (skip shows the time) we had to wait for someone else’s order to be ready before ours was delivered. Even tho we clearly ordered first we got our order AFTER the the order that was holding us up.

Food was cold. Tasted terrible. And most of it went straight in the garbage.

Complete waist of time and money.

I’ve always had ok experiences with Boston Pizza, And I don’t like leaving bad reviews, Thereis a chance this is a delivery driver issue, but tonight I have been terribly disappointed. Going to be shopping elsewhere in the future

I pre-ordered online probably an hour and a half before my lunch break so that I could avoid getting fast food for once. I arrived at the estimated pickup time and my food was not ready. that is alright, I don’t mind a little waiting if I get fresh, hot food. However, I waited 15 minutes, half of my very short lunch break, for a room temperature Triple Threat. I work in Edwards which is only a 30 second walk. I opened the food probably about 1 minute after receiving it. It should have at least been warm. I received great service from the hosts, but I am beyond disappointed in the quality of the food I got, and I am regretting the 15% tip I gave. If I am to wait 15 minutes past my pickup time I at least expect my food to be hot. I will not be ordering takeout here again.

We had Micah as our server again and he was so awesome and the reason for this 5 star ????? review. The restaurant was nice and quiet. He had no problem with us using the BP rewards on our app. Didn't pressure us to buy drinks. And made sure we got what we wanted. And the food was really delicious! We had three pizzas - Boston Royal, Bourbon BBQ Chicken and our new favorite Sweet & Savoury Italian Pizza.

Ordered from this place once and they forgot 3 main dishes out of the order as well as condiments, they offered me credits or to come grab the food with a free dish. Time goes by i order again and they forgot my condiments that i had to pay extra for called and they had me wait 40 minutes for my dips, food was already cold and wasn’t worth it. Don’t order cause they will mess up your food and won’t give a refund, dine in they have more commensense. ??

SCAMMERS. Missed part of my order on my last purchase, offered me a $20 discount on my next visit, was told to prove it and there was not $20off in the book. If they offer you a credit get it in writing otherwise they will scam you into accepting less than what you pay for. Have to say service is not impressive and the food only so so. Will be taking my business to restaurants that are honest and have good food.

Ordered a chicken pecan salad. Didn't have the correct lettuce and gave the wrong chicken. I called and spoke to a manager and had a credit left on my account for another salad the next day. I again called ordered the chicken pecan salad with breaded chicken. Upon arrival the girl at the front tells me she put in grilled and couldn't change it. After 45 MINUTES of waiting for a manager to come and comp the salad I left! This is the worst experience I have ever had and the girl working the front desk was an embarrassment to have up front. I shouldn't be sitting there listening to her mock the manager and pass blame. Then also mock customers after speaking to them on the phone. And gossiping about the staff ordering skip who no showed for their shifts. What a hot mess ! And I didn't even get the salad.
