I ordered the Barbacoa bowl for pick up. When I opened it at home I was extremely disappointed; the portion size is extremely small and certainly not worth the $22.79 plus tax and tip! Including the rice/quinoa my full order was about 1.25 cups, there’s more food in a Happy Meal! I called and spoke to the manager, they are unable to deliver a full order, but did give me in store credit for my barbacoa bowl…Thanks for trying to make amends; but I’m still hungry, thanks for ruining my meal!

The service was the worse we have ever experienced. We had to ask for new drinks and utensils even. And when ordering drinks they never came, well wait staff was standing around doing nothing. Like is said worse service ever and our bill $300, they could have at least tried to have some sort of customer service!!!

Food is hit and miss. Sometimes really good, next time it's way overcooked or tasteless. If you order takeout, make sure your pickup time is 30min earlier than you arrive as they are always 25-35minutes behind. Makes it hard for working people who have 16hr days and can't afford another 30minutes to wait

Honestly…. We just came ate here. The service was HORRIBLE, the lady who served us had curly hair and she came to our table twice to check on us and both times didn’t bring the stuff we wanted.. it was over all the crappiest place I’ve ate in GP …

We had an awesome dinner this evening. From start to finish the folks we interacted with were fantastic. The gal that took our order was friendly and helpful. When we picked up our order the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The gals on front counter were welcoming and polite. Our two medium pizzas were fresh, crust was crunchy, cheese was plentiful and the wings were spicy and delicious. We love this location. It’s always accurate with our order and the staff are fabulous.

Had a not so great experience today with Jirah this evening. Took over 10 minutes to greet us at the table and take drink and food order at this point because we had sat with the menus in front of us for so long. When the drinks came all of the pop was flat. When the food came out, the dishes were cold and dry, with a film over the gravy like they had been sitting in the window for too long. The whole table (4) needed refills on drinks for over 20 minutes. As well as waiting over 15 minutes to get boxes and the bill. Will not be dining here again.
