Quality and consistency are what make this place great. Staff are one point and they way they do just about everything with their burgers is why I talk this place up so much. They wrap that burelger up like they swaddling a child, and then wrap it up again. That burger is structured properly, never laid on its side, and served perfectly every single time. When I order a double western bacon cheese burger, I'm getting a double western bacon cheese burger. At other places, sometimes I get the leaning tower of beef, because my patties are all over the place, because they place it on it's side. Not Carl's, they do it all just right. Only complaint is that it's not open 24/7/.

Always a good experience. Love the charbroiled chicken club. Poutine too expensive considering how plain it is. Appreciate the staff bringing food to the table. Really enjoy this place, dine in or drive through, always great.

Absolutely awful service, they messed up my order, accused me of lying and then offered to compensate me with a lesser item because it seemed "fair" to that manager then yelled and hung up after I said that wasn't a appropriate solution... Won't be back again...

First time here just had a cheese burger and jalepeno poppers!!Was extremely disappointed the burgerwas so thin and did not even fit the bun!! So more bread than meat! For the cost of that cheeseburger there should be more meat for sure!!The poppers were not bad.
