Friends, I want to recommend these friends to you. They are really cool. The chicken is actually very, very tasty. I haven't found anything better than theirs anywhere else. I ordered it and the whole family ate it, and everyone loved it. This isn't the first time I've ordered from them, and I will always order chicken only from them.

The food was great, but the dine-in experience was poor. The atmosphere was ruined by loud machine noises and dirty, uncleared tables. They seemed to prioritize online orders, as several people received their food before us while we waited. Our order was also incompleteāthey forgot the pickled radish and two sodas, which shows a lack of attention to detail. Since they didn't provide plates or utensils after we told them we were eating in, we decided to take the food to go. On the positive side, the chicken and fries tasted excellent.

CHICKO CHICKEN GRANDE PRAIRIE We arrived a little after noon and placed our order at 1:29 pm. There was a sign that said it's usually a 20-minute wait but we got our order at 2:08 pm. That's 39 minutes... nearly double the stated wait time... would have been fine if the food was worth it, but nope!
We were the only people dining in but countless mobile (?) orders were getting picked up while we waited. I have a feeling those orders were prioritized before ours which seems unfair. Orders should be accommodated chronologically.
Food: we ordered 5 flavors of chicken: Padak padak, Yangyeom, Buldak, Soy Garlic, Polynesian, large pickled radish and some fries.
After waiting 30 minutes, I approached the counter and only then was I told that the padak padak flavor wasn't available, I just subbed with BBQ since I already paid. I was told it was going to be just 2-3 more minutes more (inaccurate estimate).
I had to come back after 5 minutes since we were VERY hungry at this point. The lone employee then told me that they didnāt actually have large for the pickled radish and gave me 2 small servings instead.
We were very excited to dig into our freshly made order (it has to be fresh, granted we waited 39 minutes for it, right???) but the chicken and fries were room temperature. So much for āfried to order.ā If they were truly āfried to orderā then my hands and mouth would have been burning with the chicken.
And the pickled radish barely tasted pickled. I wasnāt expecting to be blown off my socks but I also did not expect to be disappointed like that.
SERVICE: Only one person was on duty so I canāt really fault him for the slow service. The management should have at least had one more person there.
ATMOSPHERE: Immediately going into the establishment there was this strong unpleasant smell that we later figured out was coming from a scent diffuser. The smell was too much. The washroom door was also kept open so smells from there also made it to the rest of the room.
I do not have pictures as we were in a hurry to eat. Quite disappointed because the place is not cheap. For a brand that claims it has Korean flavorsā¦ they did not deliver. The food was not hot. The chicken was not crispy.
Safe to say that we are not coming back for future visits.

This place has some really good chicken. Excellent flavour! The shake shake fries were new to me. You get the classic French fries but with a container of seasoning that you can pick from couple different flavours. Then you add the seasoning to your brown bag and shake the fries! Also exceptional customer service. I would Highly recommend.
Ordered on skip I never eat fast food so itās a cheat meal and this place is a problem Iāll be cheating here frequently

Our go to restaurant every week. Yesterday was rib fest but still decided to get some chicken. Always ordering half half with their cheese fries. But yesterday decided not to order fries and they give it us for free!! Thank you guys!!

I ordered whole 2 flavors, when i ordered before there's lots of parts. Like it is a whole chicken. 2 legs 2 wings 2 thighs but tgis time i ordered i got like just 1 parts for each. Less chicken. Taste wise it is really good but whats going on? I got less than the usual.
Update: they gave a complimentary full order and very responsive on emails. Thank you <3
