Got 2 Brown Sugar Matcha Bubble Tea
No complaints. Great service, great bubble tea
I do have to mention that we tried from their mobile truck, while at the Air Show, so line-up was craycray and they still delivered well đ
Terrible Experience â Never Again
I ordered the brown sugar bubble tea and it was such a disappointment. The black pearls were rock hardâlike chewing on rubber. The drink itself tasted like plain milk with a dash of brown sugar, no actual tea flavor at all.
To make things worse, the customer service was awful. The staff acted like we were bothering him just by ordering. He didnât even know the menuâwhen we said ânumber five,â he kept asking âwhat is it?â and âwhat drink you want?â It was frustrating and awkward.
For the price, youâd expect better quality and basic courtesy. Definitely wonât be coming back.
Hello, today I ordered the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte. I've had this drink before and enjoyed it, but unfortunately, today's order tasted completely different. For $8, I expected the same quality and consistency as previous times.
I politely mentioned to the staff that I was disappointed, but was told, âThatâs how they are made,â and nothing could be done. The drink tasted like plain milk, and it looked noticeably different from whatâs usually advertised.
It would have been appreciated if a replacement had been offered, especially since I ended up throwing it away. A more thoughtful response would have made the experience much better.
My kids favorite place to go to
Good service, good taste.
The only thing is if a customer ask for no or less ice in a drink it should be possible on all drinks.
Best bubble tea in town! đ§đ§
very bad quality and so rude , donât go there
1 tsp of pork on a bun. DO NOT ORDER!
We are frequent customers of Coco, ordering almost daily from the Edmonton location because itâs nearby. On a recent trip to Grand Prairie, we were excited to find a Coco store just 8 minutes from our hotel. The ambiance was nice, and we were pleasantly surprised to see pork buns and siomai on the menu. All of the coco locations weve tried dont have snacks options.
Unfortunately, the experience didnât meet our expectations due to several issues:
1. No-ice Drinks Restriction: We were told we couldnât order drinks without ice, which didnât make sense. Other locations allow this and simply adjust the drink quantity if needed to compensate the ice. Illogical.
2. Discount Miscommunication: There was a 20% discount promotion, but the staff didnât inform us, and the discount wasnât applied consistently. We order 2 large and 2 snacks.
3. Receipt Error: The receipt showed a chocolate drink we didnât order instead of the snacks we actually purchased.
4. Poor Drink Quality: One slushy drink we ordered was poorly blended, with an uneven texture that made it unpleasant to drink.
Additionally, the staffâs attitude was unwelcoming, even though there were no other customers at the time.
Overall, while we appreciated the unique menu items, the service and product quality at this location were disappointing. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future customers.
Went here twice. First time someone cut in line then took ten minutes to order cuz they were chatting it up with the cashier. They seemed to know each other and didn't care there was a line of people waiting. We then waited another twenty minutes to get our two drinks. It was supposed to be a quick stop on our way back from a road trip.
My sister suggested I give them a second chance in case it was an off day. This time was no better. The menu board is so vague I decided to look up the menu online in hopes I'd know what I'm getting when I order something. It was just as vague. I chose something that seemed straight forward. Gave the cashier my order and he had no idea what I was talking about and laughed at the ridiculousness of me ordering it as if I asked for a zebra with no stripes. I told them word for word what was on their online menu. Even after he offered that maybe I meant something similar he couldn't find that on the register either. I ended up leaving with something that, though it tasted good, was nowhere near what I wanted. I was so embarrassed at that point I just took what they offered.
Suffice to say the service is horrible, the menu confusing, and the quality of their drinks doesn't make up for that.

We live right beside a soccer field, and every weekend we hope to see the food truck of Coco in the field. This place was the first place I have ever tried bubble tea, and I gotta say I love it !!
I'm a huge fan of anything fruity, so I tried the Mango Yakult with the pearls. I could drink this every single day, it's absolutely delicious!!! This is my go-to drink. My boyfriend tried the Fresh Lemon Yakult, and he loved his also !
10/10 recommend for sure!
