i love the people who work there and i love dairy queen but the last 2 times i’ve ordered a poutine with my meal it seems that the fries are 2 days old or they’re just giving me old fries they’re not fresh at all and that’s one of the things i liked about it. i forgot why i didn’t order since last time. last time the patties and the bread AND the fries were hard, couldn’t even finish it cuz it just tasted old. not a huge fan of that dq. and i rarely order fast food.

This is the slowest DQ around. Don’t go if you’re n a rush, be prepared to wait.

Visited on Aug 16 - no cream on top of milkshake, the fries and chicken strips were cold and soggy, & didn't seem like they were cooked long enough, and the burger didn't taste good either. We are used to great food at other DQ locations but the food at this one was a big disappointment, not going there again. The staff didn't even smile or say hello to me, they just handed me my food and said nothing.

Ordered pretzel sticks. Got no cheese sauce, husband went back they said we have to ask for it?
Then gave us a huge thing of cold mayo instead.
Not to mention the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional.

One of the slowest speed for drive thru in whole GP.

Didnt recieve my whole order, drove back told the supervisor… she says well you werent charged I says how would I know I DIDNT RECEIVE MY RECEIPT!!! I assumed I was charged as I had ordered it…couldnt look at my Receipt to verify if i was charged or not because the kids now a days dont seem to give the receipt. Please stop having kids training kids. Important things to learn are being left out And the bacon isnt cooked on my burger. Never had a problem here before this. Pull up your pants DQ new owners

If I’m ordering 6 pieces of chicken strips I kinda expect 6 pieces not 3 and I also ordered a large fry did not get that at all very disappointed in the service there

These people have to be the kindest people I've recently met in a fast food environment. A smile can go along way and I very much appreciated it.
