I had made a mistake on a cake order for a day later then needed. thankfully when they looked at it the ladies came up with a quick solution and had it ready quickly that day.

Good luck getting a long box truck through the drive through without kissing the curb.

Went to Dairy Queen on Simcoe Street in Oshawa purchase to peanut buster parfait no it's been a while it looks like different owners different people I'm not too sure but when the guy finished with it it looked like a regular Sunday you guys have gotten pathetic and what you charge I can easily go to an ice cream store and receive twice the value of a type of ice cream than what you are charging compare these pictures to the ones that you advertise tell me I didn't get ripped off no more purchasing from you guys

I would never recommend DQ for cakes. Despite keeping it in the fridge as soon as I bought it home (DQ is just 3 km from my house) in winter and snow, it melted when I took it out to cut at midnight of Christmas. So, this time, no cake cutting at midnight for Christmas for the first time in my life.

Went through the drive through, had NO specialty blizzards out of 5 flavours, they only had the classics, then the Reese cup blizzard I got, the chocolate tasted like it was over a year old…. Was not good at all.

I placed an order for a custom cake, and while the design itself turned out exactly how I requested, I specifically confirmed both by email and over the phone that it should include “Happy Birthday” with my friend’s name in black ink — which was unfortunately not done.

Staff intentionally contaminating food ordered a specific way.
Unsafe, due to risk of allergy. Will be calling management and keeping proof of intentional cross contamination. Burger ordered plain and intentionally smeared with ketchup on one half (proof in photos)

Too pricey and the staff is not welcoming at all. I ordered 2 Oreo cupfections and they hardly had any Oreos in it. When I asked that why you put such less Oreo, then the lady argued that I have made as per the recipe. The matter of fact is I was one of the DQ franchise in Ontario. I have served the brand since 9 years. That silly lady wasn’t aware about that. They don’t know the proper recipe or they don’t wanna follow and fill their pockets.

Also on one of them I asked for extra cheesecake and she hardly put 4-5 tiny pieces and charged me $1.29. I am not returning to this DQ at all. I felt like I need to open a new DQ near this area and show them how to run a proper DQ franchise!

Staff was great but chicken was so tiny, tasteless and dry (70% bread and 30%chicken) with few chips. Mushroom Burger was just ok. Very light bag of food for 21 dollars. Disappointed.

Good place to go the small reading is just for the fact that the restaurant was empty and I still had to wait 10 minutes for my combo. No big deal just being picky and honest

after ordering a medium blizzard and being handed a cup that was 3/4 full(a medium)... I complained. . they added some icecream and no joke it barely filled the glass. you guys used to be good.. nice to see you are doing everything you can to rip off your customers.
